This is the third watch I have purchased from watch chest. This transaction was a little bit more tricky because I was both selling and buying watches and there were customs issues on both sides. As always, the service was excellent and I love my new watch.

The band broke and I lost my two-tone Rolex Lady Date watch that I had worn every day for over 40 years.
I was devastated.
After many tears, I decided to replace my watch with a new one but Rolex is no longer making the 26mm size I wanted.
I started looking online and spoke to several watch companies for a pre-owned 26mm watch . I could not find a pre-owned watch that did not have at least one or more "after market" parts (plastic crystals, fake bands, etc)
Then I found Watch Chest. They were wonderful and helped me find a much newer version of the watch I had lost. My "New" watch arrived in a day and looked brand new! I love it!
Why would anyone purchase a Rolex from any other company? I could not have ask for better customer service or a better quality pre-owned watch! We are very happy with the purchase.
