I have been searching for my dream Rolex for years now, and finally found it at Watch Chest. I was definitely nervous about spending several thousand dollars on a watch, and asked lots of questions. This was a tough review to write...I had a handful of issues with my purchase, but in the end I walked away happy. The first issue was that I caught them trying to swap out the dial on the first watch that I purchased after I noticed that the invoice photo did not match the purchase photo. It appears that after I called them out, they tried to replace the incorrect dial with a correct one without telling me, but when the watch arrived and the dial and hands did not match, I knew that they had pulled a bait and switch. It was shady and someone without a little bit of knowledge of Rolex watches would not have noticed, but it stood out to me right away.

They made it better by allowing me to exchange it for a different, slightly more expensive watch. This watch was beautiful. It was 20 years old, but in perfect condition, and offered to me as new old stock (their words exactly). However, it sure as hell didn't run like new! The crown was perpetually getting stuck and frequently would not pull out, and the power reserve would not last longer than about 35 hours (13 less than the 48 hour reserve that it is supposed to have).

I sent the watch back to them for service, and I was not thrilled that they claimed to not be able to get more than 40 hours of reserve out it after servicing. They told me that the warranty that they provide does not cover this issue, to which I was flabbergasted. However, before the situation escalated, Corey suggested a full refund and that I purchase new in the future (even though this was not my first pre-owned Rolex; just the first that had issues).

Although things didn't work out between us, Corey and Chris were courteous throughout the entire process and addressed all of my concerns in a timely manner. They were never rude to me even though I was abrasive with them at times, to which I have apologized. They sent me a full refund within a few days, no questions asked.

I would recommend them, but please make sure that you do your homework first and know exactly what you are buying. Ask questions and take screenshots where necessary. Chris and Corey are good guys, and I hope you have a better experience with them than I did.

A spectacular watch at a spectacular price! I couldn’t be more thrilled as I got exactly what I wanted for thousands less than what it would have cost me new and yet it still looks brand new. Watch Chest did an outstanding job and Corey was so helpful getting my purchase to me by Christmas. I will buy from Watch Chest again!

Purchased my first watch from these folks the other week and I've been incredibly happy with the piece and the entire transaction. Corey was knowledgeable and incredibly responsive, and when there was just a very minor alignment issue they fixed it immediately. Had it fixed and back to me with the same week, even with holiday shipping craziness. The watch was otherwise exactly as described, and in superb shape. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality watch.
