Watch Obsession are always such a pleasure to deal with. They are really efficient and always so helpful if advice is needed - brilliant to deal with!

There isn’t enough space in this box to telegraph how terrific this company is. I worked with a gentleman named Gary, and he went above and beyond what I would expect from the best companies in the world. Then, Gary went above and beyond that. Then, again. I’m not often beside myself, but I was working with Watch Obsession, and Gary, verily. He built a trust and gained a loyal customer. When it comes to quality product, I prefer Hirsch straps and fastening mechanism — the Magic Clasp — more than I do those on my original Breitling straps, and I’m gradually replacing all of my boots with Watch Obsession straps. Cheers.

Excellent quality items and quickly received!

The returns process exceeded my expectations (one item I no longer wanted and one with a small defect). The refund was turned around rapidly with no hassle. The replacement item was high quality and received more quickly than I expected also.

I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again from WO.

Ordered a nato and leather strap for a new watch. Awesome quality and quick delivery. Will definitely be ordering more for my next watch ; )

Purchased a leather watch strap and selected the large size from their options, as I didn't have my old strat I trusted their description. After I fitted the strap found out it's a medium rather than large. This is a misguide in their web site. Worst customer service as tried to ring several time it cuts out after few minutes and no reply o my email. Leather quality also poor and not worth the money. Not recommended.

I love this company. They sell top notch quality items. I even had a issue and sent an email at 10 o’clock at night so they had it in the morning. They replied in 10 minutes even at that time of night. Proper customer service and that goes a long way with me. Highly recommended.

Got a lovely Zealande strap, can't fault it

Great customer care by Gary 👍 Had no issue having to make use of the 30 month warranty on my watch strap, which had begun to crack. Only trouble now is Brexit and the increased custom tariffs..

Fantastic little strap at a great price. Inherited a watch after the passing of my father and needed an open clasp strap as it was a fixed bar watch from 1968
The watch is now restored to its former glory and wearable once more. Strap feels good quality and durable and came within good time.
Not sure I agree with the post about discounts - if there is no discount available then tough luck, it’s not a reason not to buy from them - especially given the pressures business face at the moment so would disregard the 1 star review about a person trying to buy 3 straps and get a discount.
Watch strap came nicely packaged with clear instructions and if you do as the instructions imply then you should have no issues

The (laughable) founder, Gary Pemberthy is extremely arrogant and rude.
Don't even bother giving them your money. They lost me as a customer willing to purchase a few straps from them. As a CEO he's failed miserably and needs to work on his PR and communication skills. Have a read of his reply.

"We are not a discount store, we offer a high level of customer service and are proud of it, we are not one of the largest online strap retailers in the world for no reason and customer feedback confirms this..
If all your online shopping is all about getting discounts, WatchObsession regrettably is not for you."

This after I asked kindly for a slight discount because I was purchasing 3 straps.

Make of what what you will. I think that reply is light years away from the so-called high level of customer service he suggests. It's laughable and pathetic.

I couldn't recommend them enough, clear and easy to use website, the watch strap I bought from them was sent out and with me within 2 days and most importantly the strap looks great feel's like I have a new watch. The 1st strap I ordered I got the size wrong but they are registered with royal mail and very easy returns policy, didn't have to chase up wither to get my money back

Excellent service from Watch Obsession.
Called and had a chat about the strap I was interested in, very informative and polite.
I ordered the next day and the day after my new Isofrane strap arrived. Very well packed, fast delivery.

**Update 26/6/2020 after posting my honest review about this seller he is now refusing to give me the 50% refund we had agreed on. I have now had to escalate with Klarna. Do yourself a favour and avoid **

Ordered two straps on Thursday the 18th. My initial impressions where very good both straps looked great. Tried the di modell one very happy tried the hirsch one awful like a piece of jelly. I sent the hirsch one back as faulty. The company director Gary inspected the strap and told me his totally disagreed. I asked what he was going to do about it. His response no word of a lie was “I’ll sleep on it and get back to you” when has that ever been acceptable in business? I wouldn’t expect to return a faulty t shirt in a shop and for the staff to say I’ll sleep on it come on! As others on here have said aftercare not great. It doesn’t look like I’m going to be getting a refund on this strap from them so I will have to escalate. My advice is to go elsewhere.

Everything i have bought in the past has been excellent, but the most recent strap was a disappointment. Matthew responded immediately and arranged for me to return it. Another example of the great service provided by these guys. Highly recommended!

I purchased a Rios1931 organic leather watch strap. It arrived promptly via Royal Mail. Excellent quality and looks great on my Speedmaster. I would definitely recommend this company. I'll be buying more straps from them in the future.

It is rare to find a small real service orientated business that ‘just nails it ‘ Here is one !! - Watch obsession do what they say, great straps and products, great service, magnificent packaging and distribution - and the main thing the straps they offer are seriously good quality. Now on my second strap and have upgraded to Hirsch Performance - leather with rubber back - sounds odd but delivers like a dream - smart on the outside, stable and comfortable on the inside - thanks Watch Obsession .....
