Sometimes when as a customer making an overseas purchase can cause a bit of apprehension I must emphasize this is NOT the case with Watch Outz. I called by phone to check availability of a watch model and received answer immediately. I ordered online, shipment was fast, package was well protected and after it was delayed by one day by FedEx, received an email of customer support from Watch Outz indicating what to do.

Great experience buying from WatchOutz was looking for a specific G-Shock that I couldn’t get in the U.K., they let me pre-order the watch with them, as soon as it arrived with was shipped and delivered to me within 2 working days, highly recommend this company, and will certainly be using them again.
