I purchased a brand new Seiko SBDX013 dive watch which was discontinued and a rare find. Awesome communication and fast shipping! The watch was shipped FedEx overnight to the US. It arrived very robustly packaged and in perfect condition. I would buy from James and Watch Outz again!

Can only recommend Whatch Outz. Reasonable price, great service overall. Delivery took 8-9 days to Europe. Will buy again someday. Little disappointment with 6R35 accuracy - minus 50sec per day. But after regulation done for free by authorized Seiko service center tweeked to +4sec per day. Now I can fully enjoy :)

Bought a fairly expensive Seiko dive watch from the US, and everything about the transaction was flawless. Great inventory, prices, and super fast and secure shipping. Watch arrived in box with all papers and a stamped warranty card.

I Bought it from the US. During the whole process they were very reactive, friendly, understanding, patient and helpful! Answering all my questions via email.
The watch (G-Shock MRG) was at a great price and came super well packaged.
On top of that, the watch came ON THE NEXT DAY! Amazing! No issues whatsoever.
It's my first time buying with them but I'll definitely consider them for my next watch!
