Worst service
We became a Waterlogic customer due to our previous supplier being taken over. Of all of the water companies I have dealt with as the Facilities Manager of Aristocrat Waterlogic have been the worst. Phone calls and emails to service and senior management not returned and still nearly 4 weeks after a service call one of our units still not repaired. On completion of contract a new supplier will be sourced for all our water requirements.

Despite that Mick Guirguis had never been to the AirRoad site before, he utilised the map showing locations of our filtered water units and carried out the service without taking up any of AirRoad staff's time. On completion he gave a quick summary of what he found. Mick was very helpful and very polite.

Volkspower - great water cooler and professional service
We have had this cooler now for nearly a year and no problems at all. I have used Waterlogic now for setting up service department water coolers and filters in 4 different companies and always been happy with the features and service. Recommended.

Disorganised and inflexible
Asked for a quote on a unit, was not followed up. Then asked my plumbers to contact your company to get unit. He got unit from Waterlogic and was charged full retail of in excess of $1100.00 and ordered it. When they contacted Reece plumbing, was quoted $700.00. Plumber contacted Waterlogic and queried it as it was for Botany Council installation. Was basically told bad luck as Reece are a distributor. Even though we are a Waterlogic customer and the installation was for us, no respite was given. With that level of inflexibility and poor customer service, we are reviewing our relationship with Waterlogic.

Customer service
I find the response time to a call out very poor. Our units are meant to be maintained under a service agreement which doesn't always happen. Then when we have an issue waiting up to 3 days for the service is just not acceptable. It has been better of late but even having our chilled/hot water tap out for more than a day puts extreme pressure on us.
