Ordered a wetsuit that ripped after 3 uses. I mailed the team and they refunded money onto my account instantly so i could buy a new one. Also got to keep the old one which i repaired and gave to my nephew.

Fast delivery and good customer service…
I got a shirt in a different color than I ordered and wanted. But the color I ordered was not available anymore. They offered a return or rebate and all was done within a week. Very satisfied with how they dealt with it. Good service.

Poor packaging, expensive returns
Badly packaged in plastic bags. Returns are extremely expensive. I would only recommend buying here in case you are 100% certain of the sizes you require.

My order was delivered quickly and correctly, and was packaged well. I returned one item and I was reimbursed promptly.
