Ordered online and delivered the next day. The shoes were unfortunately too small so I contacted customer services, who were very helpful, and arranged an exchange. Again delivery extremely prompt and at no extra charge. Son very happy with shoes. Would thoroughly recommend.

Used it for the first time last night , I swam a mile in the river Clyde and it kept me warm all through the swim , I used the size guide and the suit fit is excellent and is superb to swim in. Very happy, great wetsuit at a great price ,five stars.

Really impressive service, they were very helpful with sizing when I emailed them before placing my order for two sets of fins. They also arrived very quickly. I would definitely buy from them again.

Parcel arrived quickly, stuff was good quality and the return (of sizes that we'd ordered to choose from) was dealt with quickly. I'll look here again for watersport stuff.

Got what I ordered very quickly in a single shipment.
One suggestion is the wetsuit shoe size was in metric size on the web but the shoes came with UK size 11 on a tag. Would be easier if these matched up.

Stated postage would be 3-4 days, but came first thing following morning and I'd only ordered it early afternoon the day before! Recommended!

I purchased two C-skins wet suits, a baby shortie and a element junior shortie. Extremely pleased with both, great fit, good quality and most off all kept the boys warm on cornwall beaches!

Purchased a snorkel set recently but wasn't too sure what type to get my daughter, I emailed for info and got a very quick response. I then purchased one for my daughter the prices were very good and the delivery was rapid. Would not hesitate to use the company again .

The company is brilliant, no complaints at all on service, delivery or communication.

But, the Ergo dry snorkel is a waste of money.
When it says dry it means you have no air, at all. The float that stops the air is dodgy at best. I bought two, and one of them is so often stuck in the "closed" position that you have to shake it hard to releases the float inside, to breath of course.

Beware of these snorkels. Get a simpler one is my suggestion.

I ordered a Cressi Big Eyes Evo HD Mirrored snorkel mask and prescription lenses. They called me immediately to tell me that I could not have mirrored glas with lenses and asked me if I want to change my order. Very helpful. Quick delivery afterwards. The mask is of very good quality.

I ordered some items off Watersports Warehouse in evening and it arrived next day which was brilliant as there is no waiting in day in day out for your parcel to arrive or worrying it going to a neighbours house which I always hate. I would recommend this site to anyone needing watersports items etc.
