I really appreciated the fast responses and help from Trudi. We are so ex it’s for this trip and Trudi has helped make it possible

I made the booking out of hours, but received an email to say someone would call me the following day. I was called by Mark the next day, who took me through the payment process. He asked if I had any questions about the holiday or boat we were going to have, which I didn't. He also talked me through what was included in the payment as well as what was on the boat. Very thorough, very professional service

The website is informative and easy to use. My online booking was quickly followed up by a phone call to explain all that the booking included and once I was happy that I had all the information I needed my deposit was paid, quickly followed by a confirmation email. The representative was very friendly and informative asking me to call back if I had any questions at a later date.

Prompt telephone follow-up to my online reservation. Judy was clear, friendly and very helpful. When she read back to me the dates I had entered, I realised I had made a mistake, and we were able to quickly rectify it.
