Minor website irritations
The website made looking at boat plans cumbersome, comparing boats, no indication of "same basic boat but there are 3 of them". Couldn't search by boat name...it was laborious.

There is an option to search for a specific boat by name using the small search box at the lower part of the main web pages but this is not perhaps as visible as it could be. Thank you once again for your feedback and we wish you a very enjoyable holiday. Nigel

Great few days break on the canal
Great few days break on the canal. We booked very last minute and the process was handled really well. The booking staff (Trudi) was knowledgeable and gave some good advice on our chosen route.
Boat was all ready for our arrival. Was given a handover of the boat and were accompanied through the first set of locks to make sure we knew what we were doing.
Handover on return was smooth. Really happy with our short break and enjoyed a relaxing few days.
