I didn't get to the verification part as my withdrawal was sitting there for two days. I asked in the mean time did I need document for verification, which I was told no that if they where needed I would be contacted. So I can only imagine with all the documents they would request that would add another three days to the withdrawal time. I cancelled my withdrawal which I think for responsible gambling measures this should not be in place. I played with my withdrawal funds and over a 2 hour period lost all money on dead spins and games that kept freezing..constant message coming up on screen. "Game is experiencing delays in communication" service message "internal error" When I brought this to there attention and also to close my account they never gave a explanation as to why this was happening. They just sent a message saying "your account is now closed we regret your decision" so If you like slow withdrawals and gaming errors and copy and paste customer support then this is for you. There is much better options out there.

This casino is a scam I've been waiting for a week now for my money and I've given them so much documentation all the documentation that saying what and now they're saying that the picture that I'm giving them with myself a selfie picture holding my ID in front of their background picture isn't good enough, and this is after me already sending them my driver's license a rental agreement a utility bill my banking information with my name on it and all my bank account numbers and it still isn't good enough for this company I've been waiting for a week now for my deposit of $1,050. With it being Christmas and all I would have hoped that the money would have been in my account today but no the picture that I'm sending to them of myself with my ID and their background isn't clear enough of their background being in the picture it's just impossible this company is a scam.

On this site, if you deposit with a credit card then you have to send them proof of the credit.
So if you use multiple, then you have to send them proof that you own it. Sound legit?

WELL.
in case you wonder. If you lost that credit card. They still want proof of the card. If you closed the bank account, they still want proof. I was a member for 3 year's. I won 7500 Euros and then they asked for proof and proof and proof.

KYC requested as soon as I got a decent win. Sent everything in and due to my passport being from a different country they want selfies next to their website! They then state that I cannot be verified due to my passport being from a different country?!!! Ridiculous. I sent in a proof of address and bank card and am perfectly entitled to play on their site in line with the gambling laws of the country.

They have no idea of the law and when I linked the chat agent to the legislation proving i was right they just agreed but said it's tough. DISCRIMINATION!
