This casino has the rudest and most unhelpful chatters and email team who don't look into their own errors and pin it on you till you get frustrated then delete your account so they don't have to look into it. You'll have a bonus then it'll disappear without you doing anything or playing it then they'll say "oh no you cancelled it" and that they can't fix it despite it being an error on their side and when you tell them you didn't they'll just keep repeating it until you get annoyed and then theyll block the account.
Total waste on money, not surprised people say they don't give withdrawals because they don't help with anything else.
I also wouldn't actually be surprised if they are a scam or fake casino.

It takes at leas 1 week to get 1000$ out of that site.
