I had contacted Wazookah on Instagram about a pipe to purchase, he was really accommodating on this purchase, giving me the information I needed on the pipe as well as showing his knowledge and passion for the hobby. He had communicated well and even added on a discount code for my purchase on his own initiative.

My shisha game has stepped up big time and now I even bring my hookah with me when I visit shisha cafes.

I’ve used several Shisha vendors and Wasim from Wazookah has to be one of the friendliest. Customer service was exceptional. I made a pre-order on an item which had an estimated delivery time. Not only did my item come before the original delivery date I was kept up to date with my order via emails and IG messages. He personally let me know when my item had arrived into the warehouse and when he had dispatched it. This is the first time I’ve used Wazookah and it definitely won’t be my last.

I won a giveaway on the evening of Friday the 30th May. Wazookah were quick to get in contact with me to find out which prize I wanted and to get my address details. They even chucked in a freebie for me. The prize was picked up by the courier on the tuesday (monday was a bank holiday) and it was with me on Wednesday. Couldn’t have asked for any quicker. Fantastic customer service. Due to the volume of the order, Wazookah gave me free next day delivery which was tracked. This allowed me to receive my shisha in a timely manner. Upon receiving the parcel it was very well packaged and I could see that effort was made to keep the box as secure as possible. The products ordered were to my expectation and what was described is exactly what I got. Overall I can't fault the process.
