Quite easy to put together but needed a little bit of strength to fit the slats

I bought a bed frame ,I am happy with the product and arrived early 1 day,the only problem looked to be with the delivery man,as he didn't delivered the 2-nd part of the package ,but the office keep me update ! I would defenetly recommend to a friend !

I am very glad i have choosen wearebeds.com to buy my little princess first mid sleeper.... it is exactly same as described and is very easy assembled

I ordered a bed and matress from wearebeds and was given a delivery date of three weeks after four weeks I hadnt heard from wearebeds so I sent an email I got a reply saying that there had been a mix up and the order had only been processed after four weeks I was then given the option of delivery in another three weeks or a full refund.I As I was sleeping on the floor I took the full refund.I cant understand how a company can be so lapse about an order .Iwill never shop with wearebeds again and will never recomend them.

Bought a Steens bed frame for a student let as I needed something robust to replace a metal one that had broken! WeAreBeds price was better than anywhere else, with free next-day delivery. I phoned to confirm they would be able to deliver next day to an address other than my own, and the chap I spoke to was polite and helpful. Bed arrived as promised the next day, and the tenant seems very happy with it. Nice easy solution.

I can't express enough how wonderful this company has treated me with a problem that I thought could not be resolved. I feel that in the future I will definitely shop with them over and above any other company. Many thanks for all you have done. Best regards.

I am really pleased with my new bed its lovely but two of the wooden slats were broken so I just put them at the bottom of the bed plus there two of the plastic fitting missing so could you send them out to me as I really love the bed thank you very much Martin peacock

Was looking for a mid-sleeper for our grandson, its his first big bed and this was just perfect for him especially with the tent that goes round the bottom it can also hide all of his toys. Would highly recommend. Very quick delivery too

Ordered double bed. Came very quick and was in very small packaging which was great for transporting however, the instruction manual was not included. I therefore thought it was a very simple design and was not necessary but it was a VERY complicated design with no parts numbered etc. Called up explaining and the team were very helpful and VERY PATIENT and was on the phone explaining how to put together for almost an hour. Very helpful... but it took an expert on the phone, and 4 other people to work out and put the bed together! The bed looks great once up however it took 3 hours and a lot of help as very complicated design.

Instructions were simple, bed was put together in minutes and seems very sturdy. Wood is of good quality and there were even some screw covers to hide the exposed screws on the sides (which is more than I might have expected from a budget bed).

The bed was lovely and as described. Very good price. Delivery being free was a bonus too. Also, they said next day delivery and it was. My son loves his new bed. Would recommend to others.

The bed arrived on time. Luckily I had workmen fitting some wardrobe at the time and they assembled it for me. It seemed easy to put together and looks lovely

The quality of the wood is very good and is attractive design. My only gripe with this product is that the fixings were poor quality. The heads broke off four of the screws whilst trying to attach and also one of the bolts did not align properly.

I needed spare put me up bed /searched on internet found . we are beds .com they had the bed I needed.contacted them by phone asked some questions gave my order ensured it would be deliverd next day,it was also delivery man ,helped by taking up to the room, being a pensioner it was much pleasing for the service. thank you.

first come into contact with such incompetent company, I lost three days of work because I've been waiting for a courier from you, but He did not get. I wrote and I called to you and nothing promised by courier to come and take damage frame of beds, which is a week packed and waiting to receive. I'm sick of waiting and much regret the purchased product in your store.

Ordered Milano Day Bed and it arrived a day later! Super quick service. Delighted with the quality. The frame takes 2 single matresses and so provides two proper beds. Received emails informing me of every stage - excellent service - would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Very quick delivery, very friendly and helpful delivery driver, very nice bed.

I ordered a pine flat pack bed and I would use wearebeds again and would recommend them to others.. The quality was excellent for the price, the delivery was on time and the bed was quite easy to put together except for a detail that was incorrect on the picture instruction. This wouldn't have been a problem if I had had a quick answer from the service team but that was not forthcoming. However with a little bit of manipulation of one of the dowell holes that should have been a screw hole (or vise versa) the problem was fixed quite easily. They lost a star because of the slow response, not because of the diagram.

Ordering was easy enough online, delivery was supposed to be between 12.30 and 3.30 turned up at 7.45 in the evening althou the delivery company were helpful and said they were running late but then when we went to assemble it, each piece was either labeled 7 1 or 3! And as there wasn't supposed to b any labeled 1 this didn't bode well! We had to work out where each piece went which meant a lot of putting it together then realising things were wrong and taking it apart again, the instructions didn't show each piece in enough detail to see how many holes in which place etc, this was a mid sleeper so it was just all wooden pieces to be put together. Now its up its fine and pretty sturdy more then it looks online so happy there but that's about it.

Well happy with bed. Was a nix up with delivery but quickly sorted by <Sensitive information removed>.

Cannot fault the service or product i received.
