I would highly recommend

The delivery of the bed was just as indicated. The staff that I dealt with by telephone were very helpful and it was an easy mater to order and pay. However when the package arrived the packaging round the head and foot board was damaged and holed. this appeared to have happened while it was being transported. The damage to the headboard had caused one of the support struts to split at the base. This was an easy matter to fix, but other customers may not have felt inclined to do so. However it has not marred our satisfaction with the product or the service we received from your site.

Very pleased with the bed as it was well made and looks great in the bedroom. Delivery was next day as stated.

After shopping around for a king size bedstead, we found the Hazel upholstered bed. At We are beds it was very much cheaper than anywhere else - it arrived promptly - excellent service

Ordered a mattress on the wednesday afternoon to be delivered friday. Received an e.mail instantly confirming the order. The mattress arrived on time, well packed and I am very happy with it. Thankyou wearebeds.com

The ordering process was excellent - I chose my bed, paid my money and received a confirmation email.
The following day I received an email to inform me that my item had been despatched. I was now getting very excited as I was really happy with the bed I had chosen.
I then received a telephone call to inform me that the bed I had ordered, paid for and been despatched was not in stock and could be ordered but it would take 2-3 weeks. I need the bed quickly, which is why I had gone for a next day delivery so this was not suitable. I was then asked if there were any other beds I would like instead and I gave a list of about 6 different beds I would consider. I was put on hold and then when the lady came back to me I was given the name of a bed that I hadn't mentioned which may be available but actually wasn't.
At this point I requested a refund, which I trust has gone through.
My comment, is required, is, get your communication sorted out as I probably should not have received this email as I have not bought anything!

Next (working) day delivery promise met, much lower prices than anywhere else, and a really nice bed. No complaints at all.

Because we had been let down by another company, at the last minute, we rang WeAreBeds to double check the bed we wanted was still available.They were very helpful and friendly and we had no hesitation proceeding with an order.
We were amazed how easy it was to do and even more pleased that the bed we wanted arrived two days later. No problem! The bed looks great even better than the picture. We were kept informed by email at every stage so felt confident that we would not be let down again.

I ordered a Sedna bed and mattress which failed to arrive within the specified 21 days and there was no contact from either 'wearebeds' or the manufacturer to explain the delay.
Furthermore, when I tried chasing it up, I got absolutely nowhere!

Ordered a bed to be told 2 days later that it was out of stock. Ordered another one for delivery within 48 hours - bed never arrived as they had forgotten to arrange the delivery. Bed finally arrived and one of the slats broke during the making of it. so overall no that impressed with the service or the product.

Awful customer service. Bed was due to be delivered in 21 days after ordering - it wasn't - I kept having to contact the company to see what was going on and no-one contacted me. I was told that it had been delivered late from the manufacturer but it wasn't this that annoyed me - it was the fact no-one contacted me to let me know and I kept having to waste my phone bill enquiring! When I was finally given a delivery date I had 36 hours of notice - not enough time for me to book a day off, especially after waiting in the previous week for the bed to be delivered as per the 21 day promise. I wasn't given a choice of time or a chance to rearrange the delivery date and told I would be charged if the bed had to be redelivered, which considering the company had failed to keep the 21 day promise, seemed very unfair. We fortunately had a friend who had a day off work and could take delivery of the bed but it caused upheaval as our friend lives 45 minutes away. Bed itself is great and cannot fault Sealy but will never use this company again.

My 6 year old thinks it's the best thing since sliced bread!!

The bed we ordered was cheaper than anywhere else, was delivered next day and the quality was better than expected. Overall excellent would recommend.

Excellent Service, was told delivery slot of 1 hour rather than have to wait all day not knowing. Friendly Service, Good Product. The bed is out-standing value and of a good quality. Faultless all round would recommend and also use myself again.

2 beds ordered. One came promptly and were as specified. The other not delivered until I chased it up. After that good service.

I recently ordered a bed frame from we are beds and given a delivery date. I had a taken the day off work on the expected delivery date only to find after trying to contact them all morning for a delivery time to hear that they are out of stock on this frame and that they have contacted the manufacturer who longer make this bed. Was refunded my money but no compensation for the day off or the hassle. Very unprofessional and will certainly not recommend this company.
