Perfect bed - £50 cheaper than anywhere else! super speedy delivery. The only thing that might make it easier to buy from this website would be more photos of the bed in an interior so as to gauge the size and proportions in relation to other furniture items

Bought a double bed for £95 - solid good quality pine (none of this MFD/flimsy crud), arrived in perfect condition. Phoned customer service to ask if they can delay the FREE next day shipping to a day that suited me - very polite & flexible.
Only 1 minor issue is they allocate a day but the delivery company doesn't specify a time - I rang customer services & they rang the driver with time instructions for me which was great but would be great if they could implement time slots/get the delivery company to contact you with a choice of time slot. Overall amazing service! (from a skeptic)

i used wearebeds.com to order a bed as I had been let down by another company (Direct Bedrooms - Corban Direct) I found their service to be excellent in comparison to Direct bedrooms and was pleased at the speed and quality of the service given.

I bought the Apollo small double bed, it was easy to put together by just one person, the flexible slats have a nifty design. Altogether, I was happy with the product, the ordering process and the delivery.

Took money on day I ordered my bed 6 days later informed me bed was out of production, money not returned had to ask for money to be refunded still waiting

After receiving damaged goods I have had the most awful customer service. I have now cancelled the order and am waiting for a collection of the damaged goods.

I was looking to order bunk beds for my sons and had tried 2 other websites who had both processed my order and taken payment, then emailed me to say item was out of stock. No such issues with WeAreBeds. I had shopped around and the beds were cheaper on this website than any other that I could see. Ordered beds on the Monday and received them on the Wednesday. Beds are now built and are very sturdy and look great. My boys are delighted with them. Overall excellent service, no complaints at all.

Ordered bed off website and it had free next day dlivery - got a call next day to say bed not in stok b delivered in 2weeks - after 2 and a bit weeks still no bed - contacted them again and told bed wld be shipped asap - contacted again to ask for a definate delivery date and told bed no longer made by supplier !!!!!!!! This was a major pail - requested credit ordered diff bed off ebay and was delivered 48hrs later

I ordered a bed for which the payment was accepted only to be contacted to say the bed was not available and the manufacturer had stopped making it. I looked for another bed on the site and had the same issue with the second bed I wanted to order. They've offered a full refund which I'm still waiting for.

We bought a double Crossia bed instead of a kingsize by accident! We ended up keeping it and buying a kingsize as well because the bed is so nice. Fantastic price and product, well happy!

Ordered bed and mattress. First the mattress ordered was no longer available so had to change to another one. Received email saying delivery was arranged and someone would be in touch to confirm time. Before this happened i received a phone call to say that the bed I had ordered could not be delivered (despite it being on available next day) but they could deliver the mattress which was the reason for having to wait 21 days originally - now they wanted me to wait a further week. Gave this up and asked for refund. Still waiting for this to be done! Told it takes 3 to 5 working days for this to happen. The money went out from my account as soon as order placed.

Received my mid sleeper bed today for my son! Everything arrived in order and didn't take too long to build though the instructions could be better! But at half the price of other similar beds on different sites I can't complain! Would recommend!! Small gripe about having to pay £40 delivery as I live in N. Ireland

I love my new bed - it looks great and is really good quality. And it was only £117 so good value too! Was delivered free of charge and arrived the day after ordering.

I phoned in the morning to see if the bed was in stock as some places selling this bed said there was an 8 week order and delivery process. They were great on the phone and shortly afterwards I placed my order online. I did this before midday to take advantage of the free next day delivery service. Sure enough the next day a knock on the door and the bed was here.
The delivery driver was helpful and recorded that there was some damage to the packaging and was happy to wait until I had opened everything up to check it was ok. The bed was perfect, assembly instructions clear and I have had a week of very happy and comfortable sleep. I would definitely buy from here again only the bed is that solid I doubt I'll have need for another bed for a very long time.

I was not impressed on the misleading heading next day delivery firstly as I ordered my bed Friday pm and received Tuesday pm. Not at all happy waiting for the bed... then unpacking it to put it together only to find some major pieces missing so unable to put the bed up... after 3 calls for missing parts I kept finding I decided I wanted a refund. The last straw was we found one of the bed feet faulty too and split, so now have to wait for a refund and sleep on the floor great!!!!!

Purchased a bed for my daughter, very pleased with it, nicer than expected, couldn't get delivered to daughters house because my card wasn't registered there but got delivered to my own house , came when it was meant to, would use this company again, thank you.
