Ordered two Crossia single beds in the morning and they arrived the following day - not the 10 day delivery advertised. Not complaining but was taken by surprise. Beds are excellent quality and very sturdy. Very pleased with product and service.

I bouight a bed from WeAre Beds recently. Price was very competitive and reviews were mixed! My experience of them was as good as you could expect. Arrangements re delivery were easy to make. Communications were easy and the bed arrived on time. Can't ask for much more.

I Order my bed with no problem and received it promptly and well packaged. I am really pleased with the quality, would use them again.

Was very pleased with this company. Bed was cheaper than anywhere else without compromising on quality. Service was efficient and arrived as stated the following day. Would certainly use this company again and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service received from WeAreBeds, spoken to an 'Alex' who was the most unhelpful person i have ever spoken to. Asked to speak to a manger multiple times just to be told 'I'm not doing that'. I was appalled by the attitude he took with me and eventually he put me on hold without any forewarning. Have had more bad experiences with WeAreBeds in the past, this is just the straw that broke the camel's back.

Needed twin single bed frames for a holiday let so need to be robust. The write up said they were strong although it didn't mention the construction of the base. I called and my query was dealt with efficiently. Delivery arrived on the day promised although no time indication could be given. This would be a useful feature. My caretaker says she is impressed with the construction. I have seen a photo and they look very smart. I would use this company again on my first time purchase experience.

Unfortunately I never got as far as receiving my item. I enquired about cancelling part of my order which they offered to do, however this query brought to light the fact that despite offering delivery in 21 days, the item was still in manufacture so was to be more along the lines of 5-6 weeks! How long I would've had to wait to find this out had I not raised a query myself, is anyones guess. However, having said this, they were very apologetic for this oversight and issued me a refund very quickly with no fuss at all.

After the bed I bought from WeAreBeds turned out to be faulty and poorly crafted and collapsed after only a short time I asked for a replacement. I was asked to take photos to send them. I tried to email them but their email restrictions means you can't send attachments just bounces back. I rang up and I was asked to use whatsapp to send the pictures instead (how professional!?!!!) I don't have whatsapp.
Eventually I was offered a repair (not a replacement like I asked). After weeks of wearebeds procrastinating and multiple phonecalls I was told I'd have to wait another month, until after xmas as they couldnt get the replacements to me sooner. So I've been sleeping on the sofa as the bed can only hold the weight of my partner at the moment due to the damage. When the parts finally arrived they were sent to my OLD address not the one I asked, and there was only 2 pieces in the box and the rest theyd promised me were missing. We are beds made some excuse about there was supposed to be 2 parcels but the courier only had one. After another few phonecalls and explaining the situation over and over I was asked what other parts I needed. The person on the telephone was unhelpful and told me they couldnt see that I needed them from the photos I took. I advised them that the parts were cracked and splintered and getting worse every day and all the slats were cracked underneath but I couldn't get UNDER the low bed to take photos could I! There ensued an argument in which a representative from we are beds insisted I didnt need the replacement parts that I asked for even though I assured them I did. I was asked to take more photographs and faff about some more which I was not happy about. Finally the agent agrreed to send the parts I asked for. Then started another argument about the sodding nails that I will need to repair the bed to hold the new parts in place. The agent insisted I didn't need them as there was nothing wrong with the old ones. Well duh, there is because they're all bent and are going to be un-usable once removed from the old bed piece. We are beds seriously expected me to re-use an old nail and were too tight to send me new ones!!! It's a piece of metal!!! Absolute Nightmare.
Well, the part(s) I ordered arrived today at the WRONG ADDRESS AGAIN and theres only ONE PART. One slat, no centrepiece at all, no nails as promised and my bed has now completely collapsed.
I posted on their social media page this information and they deleted it straight away without comment!! That's how their so called 'customer service' operate!
Thanks for NOTHING we are beds. Will be lodging a complaint with my card company. Advise you AVOID this company at all costs.

Best price around for the bed, ordering was straight forward, arrived when expected and all in good condition. Very happy.

Purchased the "Oxford Ivory" small double bed frame through WeAreBeds; manufacturer is MetalBeds, made in China as most these days. The quality of the bed frame and wooden slats is very good indeed, with only two little scratches found on the brass. The price paid was lower than that of a Julian Bowen bed frame on the internet, and delivery truly prompt. Upon my email request, customer service checked the whereabouts of the parcel even to confirm next day delivery. The bed frame description on the WeAreBeds website could have been more detailed, the under bed clearance for storage purposes is missing, as well as the height from the floor to where the mattress sits. People with knee issues can find it difficult to stand up from the edge of a low frame and mattress combination. This bed frame is 2-3 cm lower than what we were told on the phone. I love the frame but I will have to get a more expensive mattress with a depth of more than 22cm in due time.

The dimensions listed online of the bed we bought were 5cms shorter than the actual size. This meant it would not fit! They asked us to measure and take pics of that and email, we did this. When it showed we were in the right, all of a sudden they said we were not measuring it properly. They then said we would have to send it back and they would measure in the factory and if found we were wrong we would have to pay for courier service. How do we know that they would not fiddle with measurements?!!!

I don't usually post reviews online but I was so disappointed with this firm that I felt obliged to warn others of their conduct. I purchased a bed from them which was advertised as "Next Day Delivery", which to any sensible person denotes that the item is in stock. I felt a bit apprehensive because the price was very reasonable and I had not heard of the company before. Despite this, the website looked legitimate, so I decided to give them a chance. Wrong decision. I ordered the bed via the website in the evening and the following day, around lunchtime I received a call to tell me that my order could not be fulfilled. The product had been falsely advertised as "Next Day Delivery." Wearebeds will probably try to argue that this does not mean that the item was in stock but that argument is utter rubbish; no respectable business advertises something as next day delivery if the item is not in stock. I understand that sometimes mistakes can be made and the people that I spoke to were very apologetic, however, I was disgusted that proceedings had already been put in motion to claim the funds from my bank account! I explained to Wearebeds that they were the third successive company to let me down and that if they went ahead and took the funds I would not be able to order a replacement in time for Christmas. My bank had advised me that they would have to fax a cancellation request to them for the pending payment to be suspended, yet, despite my pleas Wearebeds were having none of it. I have since received a refund from them and would like to draw a line under the matter, however, I hope Wearebeds read this and amend their policies with regard to taking payment- you should only request funds when the item is ready to be dispatched and your stock file needs to be audited properly, as it is totally unfair to advertise a product to then say it is not available due to incompetence. Not good enough.

I purchased a bed. Price for it was about 10% lower than the cheapest price online. Quick delivery. Bed came damaged unfortunately but I have been offered replacement parts or partial refund with no fuss. Very good contact with customer service over the phone or email. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish, was informed of each step from purchase to delivery. Furniture is fantastic quality, good heavy solid wood products, much more superior than a lot of products we looked at in furniture stores - delivery was exactly when stated even giving a time.Would buy from WeAreBeds again without hesitation.

Had read some reviews about items being out of stock so I called before placing my order and was told I would receive the items within 10 days as they were in stock. I ordered and the email confirmation said 21 days. I received the single bed and bedside table I ordered in around 7 days and was contacted prior to delivery to check I would be around. The driver phoned again to check being earlier than arranged was ok. The mango wood bed and bedside table are nicely finished and very sturdy, even my 4 year old will have trouble breaking it (touch mango wood)! I would recommend this company from my experience of shopping with them.

Just what I wanted at a great price no delivery charge always a bonus , order on a Sunday delivered on Tuesday at the time I asked 8am right on the dot no waiting in or taking time of work could not be more pleased thanks for a great service :) :)

We ordered a bed from the website as we were impressed by the price for such supposedly good quality wood.

The bed arrived promptly, flat packed, and well packaged. And that's where the professionalism from Wearebeds ended. As we excitedly unwrapped our new purchase we noticed that the majority of the bed was held together by nuts and bolts, "not a problem" I said, "it says, spanner included ". Wearebeds did indeed include a spanner, but not for the bolts we had attached to our bed. Upon further investigation it appears there is not a spanner on this earth that fits the bolts attached to our Kuber frame. Maybe they are 'left overs' from the Appollo 13 mission? The mind boggles!

We have subsequently contacted Wearebeds (ButNotSpanners) three times for a replacement spanner and nails (no room for error, exact amount), each time being assured that an 'accessories pack' is on it's way. It isn't, wasn’t or hasn’t. This level of customer service is not acceptable, and people should be warned that if they are thinking of buying a bed from WeAreBeds (ButNotSpanners) then it might be worth contacting NASA beforehand for a replacement spanner and to expect regular brush-offs when querying their orders.

Excellent service throughout, excellent price (cheaper than any I could find anywhere else) and FREE next day delivery. All turned up as stated and an excellent product at an excellent price.
