Absolute incompetents, wish I could give them zero stars. I deposited 100eur into my account and straight away they closed my account. For the past 46 days I've been trying to get my money back, no help whatsoever.

You always receive a mail directly after the closing explaining the required steps to regain your money if this has not been transferred back immediately. In the same email there is always more information why we had to close your account.

When I had some transaction/withdrawal issues, the Blox customer service immediate took action and resolved it. I was scared to lose my money but in the end I was relieved and grateful for their support.
