Improvements, keep them coming!
There were a lot of issues early on. These seem to have been fixed. Communication has improved a lot too. Lot's of social media interaction, FAQ vids and support responds fairly quickly and kindly to boot. Would recommend over other, less user friendly crypto trading platforms. Blox keeps it simple and thus enjoyable.

Not clear.
It works fine, however it is very unclear how much you invested and what your profits are. It just shows you what you bought and sold and how much it's worth now. You need to do the calculation of the difference yourself.

Thank you for your message. We can assure you that your money is not lost. We see that you've placed an order via a regular banktransfer. Unfortunately we never actually received the 100 euro's. This could have several reasons. In case the amount did not match or the payment reference went wrong, the money will automatically be refunded by our payment provider.

Deposit processing for 48 hours, where is my money??
I have tried to deposit 100€ more than 48 hours ago. The transaction it is still processing even though my money has been debited from my bank account. Where is my money? I tried mailing 3 times without any response, I’ve tried DMing them on instagram and twitter but no response whatsoever. I want my money deposited into my wallet or a refund because its gone for nearly 48 hours... Terrible experience with this broker.

Absolutely worthless app
Absolutely worthless app. It starts with a faltering ID verification process. After trying to take pictures for maybe 10 times, the apps tells you to try the ID application form. Then the ID application form redirects you back to the app after uploading an ID photo, without submitting it. BLOX, get your sh!t together before you advertise your app to the world.

Terrible company. They are always trading on "market price" but in their app you can't see the exact market price. It is always a few minutes behind.

I've been using the Blox app for a few months
I've been using the Blox app for a few months now. The app is very easy to use and the selection of coins is excellent. When there are big movements in the market the app sometimes struggles and connection can be lost. They are working very hard to correct this, but due to the recent interest in Crypto currencies this is hard to manage and other major apps like Binance face the same issues. The Blox team always communicate openly and have great plans to improve and expand the selection of coins. Keep up the good work!
