We purchased the HR and compliance packages a couple of years ago and just a few meeting into implementing the HR package we quickly realised that it did not do what we needed and requested that we get a refund. After several calls and emails we had a meeting the the CEO and he assured us that he could offer a product that would meet our needs. He said, leave it with me and we did....for 6 months. Nothing happened. The year ticked over, and I sent email after email and made several calls but to no avail. I have continued to request a refund every time we get a reminder about paying this years bill, and I keep telling them that I will not pay. By not engaging with us, they have taken thousands from a very small special needs school and they do not care. I have now spoken with the finance person, the post sales person and the CEO and nobody is listening. They are a disgrace.
