I have used numerous of online pharms…

I have used numerous of online pharms but Phlo really is easy. My only issue is that it doesn't work too well outside the app (for me) but I'm not against using the app. It's so easy, and I love how they have been really clear on how their Christmas dates work. It's meant that I'm preparing to get some meds early. I don't think many other companies would have done that.

Appreciate Phlo massively!

Good intentions, awful execution

Staff are lovely. That's about it.
The app is appalling, buggy, needlessly confusing? Sends totally incorrect and misleading notifications, sends about 2000 of them every time, sometimes delayed, so you always get wrong info about your meds. It's a remote pharmacy, so you'd think the tracking should be spot on - completely broken, my meds are at my front door but they're in Islington on the map. Staff don't seem to know what you're talking about when you refer to app functionality. Thanks guys but you've stressed me out enough.

We apologize for the challenges with your delivery and the inconvenience caused by the owing prescription, which unfortunately couldn’t be collected locally due to regulations. These delays do not reflect the high standard of service we strive to deliver, and we are reviewing these situations to prevent similar issues in the future.

Used Phlo for years without any…

Used Phlo for years without any trouble, only the past 8 days have been difficult with some lost in transit medication. Phlo can only supply new medicine after 7 days which is the time they allow Royal Mail for delivery although it's 48 hours tracked. Raised a formal complaint but suspect no-one will get back to me. It's all been brushed aside after a number of emails trying to chase.

Registered with the competition going forwards and fingers crossed this order eventually gets replaced.
