Awful customer service! Ordered 12/2, 12/16 received an email that it was in the final stages and getting ready to ship. 12/22 still no email it had been shipped. 1/13 heard from them after multiple emails that it was lost in the manufacturing process. Excuse me! Your previous email said it was done?! It’s 1/20 still nothing no product no refund . Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Do not order!!

I ordered an ornament with a photo to arrive for Christmas. When it arrived, my order was wrong. The photo was someone else. I reached out to customer support. They told me they would send my correct order. When I asked them to confirm the photo this time, they sent me yet again a photo of someone else. I told them the photo was wrong again and provided the correct photo. They sent the new order. I just received it three weeks after I was meant to, and the photo is correct this time, but so zoomed in and so dark that it is almost not visible. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Great products and would recommend to friends and family very satisfied with each item I had ordered from them and held up well. Will continue shopping with them

I've ordered multiple times from Wear Felicity. The items are beautiful. I had one item break shortly after I received it and they made it right by sending me a replacement. I will shop again for future gift giving needs.

Ordered on the 2nd off December. Still haven’t received the order. These were Christmas present and they just said they re send a complimentary ones. No I want a Full refund. Please don’t purchase. The company use a lot of dirty tactics.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered jewellery early November as a Christmas present didn’t arrive. They then said they will be sending a replacement nothing still has arrived. I’ve asked for a refund and they don’t seem to want to give me one.

Wear felicity is a great company to purchase from. I had a defect in one of my products and they quickly and efficiently worked with me to fix my issue and sent me a new ring with tracking information along the way. I highly recommended them for keepsake jewelry and gift giving ideas as well.

From placing the order, to delivery was top notch. My order arrived with cracked glass and they jumped right on it to remake. They also offered me a nice discount on another order for the trouble. Friendly, polite and quick responses!

After a mix up they were very fast at responding and making the problem corrected. They made me feel seen and appreciated.

I had a problem with one of my charms they were beyond helpful and very nice! They’re sending me a replacement along with a code to use on my next purchase to get % off. I recommend! Always makes nice gift for loved ones!

Great product and customer service

Save yourself the stress and aggravation of ordering from this company. Impossible to get in touch with. They give you computer generated answers that have nothing to do with what you’re asking. I ordered items 12/10 and was told on their website I would receive my items with in 2 weeks. It’s now 1/5 and I still have no items. They don’t seem to care and are unapologetic about it. Clearly they don’t like the business.

Make it easy to shop. Had a slight issue with order and they got back to me immediately. They even offered me an extra something as another way to apologize for the inconvenience. Which really wasn’t even necessary, but it’s just the point they are so helpful and friendly.

This was meant to be a special Christmas surprise for my grieving daughter, and it completely missed the mark due to poor customer service. I paid extra for expedited shipping, yet the item wasn’t completed on time and arrived after Christmas on 1/2 instead of 12/23. When I contacted Wear Felicity about the inconvenience, my concerns were brushed aside and never addressed. Very disappointing experience, especially given the emotional significance of the gift

The photos were poor quality and I requested a return on the gift. I received approx 6 emails from the company stating that they would work with me on a return, only to be told in the end they won't. I think it is their job to not make an item unless they have a photo that is good quality. They know what they need, the customer doesn't! They prey on grieving clients and promise a nice remembrance, but make a cheap non returnable item. Very unsatisfied.

When I had an issue with my order, I contacted the support team. They tried to assist me with my issue, but I was not successful in fixing the issue. They promptly sent me a return label, and they were quick to issue a refund when they received my return. I have dealt with this company before and been happy with the products. Their customers obviously come first with them, which is rare these days. They put my issue at the forefront. I would order from them again.
