I ordered a lovely looking top and trousers from pact which didn't suit me, so went to follow their returns process and was shocked to see that they deduct £15 from my refund to manage. Ok fine my bad for not reading the small print. Followed their instructions and trotted off to my nearest dhl service point to return, they rejected it so I travelled 30 mins to the next one which also rejected it saying sometimes the dhl barcodes don't scan and that my only choice was to get back in touch with the company. I've now contacted pact customer services twice with no reply. Give me strength I really just want to return the items and get some sort of refund 😂😂 never again!

This company has got it right! I did my research before buying. We are all held accountable for are daily footprints on this Earth. I wanted a company that cared about that and fair trade and PACT like Patagonia does it right along with reusing suggestions for old clothes. I had a small defect in a dress and they were quick to fix it.
As a teacher.. this is an affordable company that I will support.

I want to love this clothing but I have had a number of issues over the years. I have purchased from several times over the span of 4 or more years. They have been good with resolving issues with refunds or returns in the past with things like underwear that didn't retain its elastic and pants with sewing issues. They even stopped making the style of bra that I loved. I waited for a similar style to come back in stock hoping that time would help them improve their products. For the price of their products and the years of modifying, I would expect better results.
I made a purchase in March of 2 pairs of pocket leggings. I have a couple pairs of them from a couple years ago that I love. I ordered the same size (small). I tried them on when I got them and they seemed good. I washed them and when I wore the first pair for the day they just would not stay up and I barely put anything in the pockets. I could not have known this was an issue without wearing them for a little. It's so bad that I just had to take them off. It really adds some stress to a busy day. No one wants to be pulling their pants up 50 times a day. I reached out to the company and got a generic response about how they offer returns on "unwashed" and "unworn" products, even though I clearly stated that I had washed and wore. The pants are quite different than how they used to be. So, I guess I am out $70 and I don't plan to purchase from them again.

The customer service team has been so helpful. There was a garment that had a loose seem. The addressed the concern beyond my expectations, were extremely helpful and informative. I also really appreciate the care they took in encouraging people to reuse, repurpose and donate.

I love this company - their clothes are very high quality, without being overly expensive. Always soft and I often get compliments! I've bought a variety of pieces ranging from dresses & sweaters to underwear and activewear. Their return policy is so easy if I ever get items that don't fit. Highly recommend if you're looking for non-toxic, earth friendly clothing that feels and looks good!

I have been purchasing and wearing clothes from Pact for about 5 years and have always been happy with the quality and their commitment to sustainability. My interaction with Victor from customer service when I had a mixup in an order was above and beyond expectations.

Cotton boxers are the non toxic shift we all need to make and I’m so grateful for this product! Their motto is encouraging for reinforcing the change. Unfortunately, they run a bit smaller than I had thought so I had to get that fixed BUT customer service was so excellent and I was sent a size up immediately. Great product & you can order stress free!

Great customer service. After forgetting to include my discount code, Pact corrected my order and applied the discount code. Really impressed by their quick response.

Excellent and prompt customer service when I received an item. That was defective. I have purchased many times in the past with no quality issues. Was happy that Victor was able to quickly address my issue.

Pact’s customer service team went above and beyond for me! I had submitted an order and had meant to include a spring discount code but the order went through without it. I immediately emailed the team asking if they could help me out, and by the next morning I got a reply and they were willing and able to make the change for me! So not only does this company have incredible products, their whole team is top notch, thank you!

Pact customer service is great!! I love all my Pact pieces, but received one defective item and they solved my quality issues so quickly with a refund and an additional credit!! They also provided sustainable disposal ideas for the defective item!

I'm a repeat customer of their clothes. Particularly like the fit & flare dresses. Received one strange order where the package arrived open & empty; even the post office had it stamped as received open & empty. I messaged Pact and customer service was prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to make it right.

Terrible shipping delivery time. I ordered a product on 3/10, with a pick up date of 3/14 as informed. I am leaving on a trip 3/29 which should have worked. I kept checking and they say item is "waiting to be picked up" and move date to 3/19. I checked today and it still says waiting for pickup but date is now 3/23 for pick up. So 2 weeks for shipment to be picked up ?!...if that even happens. UPDATE: called and talked to wonderful Ashley who checked ordere and said it had been delivered to a parcel locker...great!!! She said that the tracking system on their site has been wrong and to put number directly into USPS site...good to know. She was so pleasant ...she is 5 star...but they need to fix a known error...reason for the 4 verses 5 rating.

Ordered a 3 piece set, only 1 item received. Contacted customer service via email and “Ashley” responded within 24 hours. I sent a photo of contents and box, and the replacement pieces were shipped to me in a very timely manner.

I like the style of these leggings but unfortunately they lose shape after one wear and fall down.
The leg length is very long so wouldn't suit shorter people.
Very high waist and on the bigger side of sizing but not enough to size down.
I'm S in bombshell and other brands but the S in these are too big after one wear and have to constantly pull up in the gym
If there is a product improvement i'll buy more but until then I wont - the colours are nice and super comfortable

I appreciate that when I reached out to ask Pact about buying bathroom washcloths, I promptly received a reply that Pact no longer carries them. Maybe they’ll start selling them again. I like the Pact washcloths I have better than any I’ve bought from other companies.

Customer service was able to help with shipping of an out of stock item. I really appreciate that they got back to me quickly and did what they could to make my experience positive. I felt like a valued customer.
