The fabric is lovely but there sizing is wildly off. I bought 2 sets of size small and the trouser length on one is 26 inch vs 31 inch on the other. Obviously the one is significantly too long. A ret... See more

We do organic. It’s all we’ve ever known and it is what separates us from the trend chasers and the half-hearted. Our authenticity allows us to challenge the stereotypes of organic -- it’s too expensive, it’s only important when it comes to food, it’s only for environmental activists. Wrong - it’s for everyone -- all day, every day -- from work to travel to lazy Sunday mornings in bed and even those crazy on-the-go days. Our clothes are practical, comfortable, and easy because life isn’t always so. If it is a textile that touches the skin, Pact is the one-stop-shop where consumers can find organic alternatives that fit their lifestyle because doing good should be easy.

Thin material bad quality unfortunately
I really wanted to like this brand, but I had no idea their pants were so thin. They don’t keep you warm at all and when I reached out to customer service they were basically like “here’s $15 you can just resell your pants” like that’s going to make up for the fact that I spend $160 on unwearable joggers.
Their customer service is top notch!
Their customer service is top notch!! I worked with Amjad and he was wonderful. Also, Pacts bootleg leggings are easily my favorite pants. Highly recommend.
They used to be reliable
Long time customer - particularly shelf bra camisoles which were mostly cotton, well made and lasted for several years and many washings. Needed to replenish and was very disappointed in quality. Thinner fabric, shorter length, flimsy straps, poor stitching - and a price increase. Nope. Not ordering from them again.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
🚨 Worst Customer Experience Ever with wearpact.com 🚨
I’ve been trying to buy a gift card for DAYS, and it’s been a complete disaster.
✅ 1/21/26: Site says “Gift Cards are unavailable for purchase.”
✅ Chat support? Useless. Told me to change my country settings to something else and then back again and “just keep trying.”
✅ 1/23/26: Tried again. Site works, but my payment gets flagged for “fraud.” Called my card issuer—they confirm it’s NOT my card. It’s Pact’s site.
✅ Called Pact customer service. Couldn’t order by phone (fine), but the rep was shockingly rude—cut me off, blamed my card, refused to check with IT. Zero effort. Zero empathy.
I’ve never had so much trouble trying to GIVE a company my money. After this, I will NEVER shop with Pact. Listening and basic respect go a long way—something Pact clearly doesn’t understand.
What a joke. JERKS.

A BIG FAN OF THE CONCEPT…BUT
It actually pains me to write this review I love to leave good ones and I loved this company for the last two years. I love the organic cotton. It’s very soft. I’ve spent probably $1000 with this company so far and I got a pretty big order today the cloud knit jogger set for travel I purchased in Black to wear Saturday to the airport. I purchased them as a set together the same day when I opened them today and tried it on in the bathroom. I noticed that the blacks were not even remotely similar. The top didn’t remotely match the bottom, even though they were sold as a set. I called the company. They were not apologetic. They were polite, but unapologetic stating that they manufacture clothing from several different places this means sometimes the color isn’t exact. And they offered me to return it, which I am definitely going to do because I can’t wear it.
I made a suggestion that the company considers when someone purchases a set that matches that they have some kind of quality control in place to make sure that they actually do match and are not wildly off in the same color.
I will definitely rethink purchasing for them again as I have also found that they’re sizing as wildly off. I bought three long sleeve dresses in the same size medium months ago and one is much smaller.
Today I also received four short sleeve dresses that were on sale and three were the same size in a medium, and the other one was a lot larger.
I think they need some quality control, great company and concept, but this is not acceptable. I am sorely disappointed.
Inconsistent quality
I ordered 3 black shelf vests last year. They came and I was delighted with the quality of the cotton and the high level of support, so much so that I ordered 3 in white this year. They’ve arrived and I’m gutted that the quality is significantly inferior. The black vests weigh 94g whereas the white ones only weigh 84g - that’s more than 10% lighter. The material feels thinner, the support is hardly there and they have gaps where they sit just in front of your underarms. Now I have to organise to go to a DHL pickup point and have £16 deducted from my refund. Really sad because I thought I’d found a great brand.
Ridiculously short
I made an order before Christmas. When I received the order I already was disappointed with the length of the bottom. After washing them (low temperature ecc…) I now realize they have also shrunk and now they are ridiculously short. I feel like a clown. Consider I’m 5’ 5”, not tall at all!
I attach pictures of them.
Weird sizing

I'm 5'4 (Pear shaped) and usually buy in size L. I purchased the CloudKnit Wide Leg Pant L (Black) and Pintuck Wide Leg Pant L (Chocolate Heather and Midnight Blue). Both products looks and feels soft and comfortable. I have yet to put it on wash so not sure if it will be able to handle a cycle since that seemed to be the issue with other reviews. I agree that the sizing is very inconsistent. The cloudknit was more figure fitting as it hugs my legs but not constricting while the pintuck was quite Wide, I could have probably got the M size and it would still fit me nicely. The stitching isn't the best for something at this price point with several threads sticking out and not cut. Probably wouldn't buy again just because I had to spend around 80 USD for tax to deliver to Iceland.
Won't exchange size for item bought as gift
I bought sweats for by boyfriend for Christmas and they don't fit. Pact will not exchange for a different size since it is outside the exchange window. Really bad customer service for a gift purchase. I will not buy again.
Returns and exchanges are theft
Returns and exchanges are theft. I'm stuck with a 300 dollar hoodie/ pant combo. I've used pact for underwear, socks and shirts exclusively. Sizing is inconsistent..returns, impossible, customer service? what customer service. I'll be finding a new organic cotton company asap. Worst customer service ever. Buyer beware!!!
Poor customer service. No empathy or lenience.
This company does not value new customers and upon reading reviews, they do not value any returning customers either. I get that they have a strict 30 day policy - however, they have little empathy and make no exceptions. My item was unused, only tried on and simply was just too long. I spent more than $70 on multiple items of clothing and can promise I would have spent well more than that in continued purchases given my commitment to purchasing organic where possible. However, I will not be spending another $1 to a company with such poor customer service.
Avoid - Poor Quality/ Crazy Expensive Returns
I would advise anyone in the UK to NOT purchase from this brand. It costs $20 to return anything plus taxes. Quality is super poor sadly. I just got the airplane leggings and they look baggy and tired after just one wear! Looks great but I would sadly avoid. Try and find a UK brand so you get proper customer service! ⬇️

Stole my money
Only shipped half the items that I paid for and never returned my emails asking for refund of the items they didn’t send
Some pros and cons
What I liked: Women's Black Pure Velour Zip Hoodie and Pant set. The velour was very nice an soft on the skin.
What I didn't like: Women's On the Go-To Pocket Legging - cotton material was very rough, felt almost scratchy on the skin. This got returned.
Return procedure for me was seamless, saw the return on my credit-card a few days later.
Don't do it. Nothing like the pictures.
I purchased 8 things off their website. Silly me bought a second time off their site before my first items had arrived.
So disappointed I ended up returning 6 of the items and kept the other 2 out of guilt. They charge a $50 return fee disguised as return shipping. I put the 2 orders in the same shipping bag to be returned.
They did not refund the second shipping items that were returned. Once I questioned them they said they said you can only return 1 order per bag. After more emails they did refund me on the second order but charged me an additional $50 restocking fee on the second order.
The items were super thin nearly transparent cotton. The stitching and pattern of the pockets were atrocious. I tried everywhere on their website to write a review but I couldn't. Interesting.... Makes me wonder were the reviews came from if genuine customers can't leave genuine reviews.
Horrible customer service.
Ordered a clothing set, and then they didn't have part of it. So I asked them to cancel the order (since I wanted both, not just one) and they refused. They then sent me half the order, which I never received. I've asked them to refund which they won't. I ended up having to put in a dispute with my credit card and I'm still waiting for this to be refunded and resolved.
One of the best customer service…
One of the best customer service interactions I’ve had. Their replies were prompt and helpful resulting in a solution to my initial question in less than 2 days! Furthermore, I appreciate their care for the environment which is evident from their manufacturing process through their recommended disposal/recycle for damaged material. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the leggings I got ripped on the 2nd wear but again Pact offered me a choice of replacement or refund with additional store credit. Would buy again for specifically lounge clothing.
Their stuff does not last
Their stuff does not last. I bought stuff from them about a year ago and the products are already ripping. Buy from somewhere else if you want long lasting stuff. I like the organic cotton material, just doesn't last long.
Misleading Shipping/Delivery Estimates
I placed an order on 11/28, their site indicated that I’d receive it within a few days, it is now 12/26 and there is still no information as to when I can expect to receive the clothes. Their customer service offered generic apologies for my feelings, but did not help in the least. I am so glad that they understand my disappointment though.
Will not allow me to cancel the order
Will not allow me to cancel the order - even though I have emailed minutes after having placed it.
Just an AI bot response apologising that they 'can't do anything to help me'.
I am in the UK so will not be able to return this item without high postage costs.
Bad business practice for sure, I will not be using these guys again regardless of product quality.
