The problem that I had with weatherguard windows has now been solved,My deposit has now been returned in full.

I recently used Weatherguard for new window fittings in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience.

From the outset, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism. The measurement process was thorough and precise, with the team taking great care to ensure every detail was accounted for. They clearly knew what they were doing, and their expertise showed in how perfectly the windows were sized and ordered.

When it came to the installation, the fitting team was punctual, efficient, and highly skilled. They handled the entire process with remarkable care, ensuring that each window was installed perfectly. Not only did they leave everything clean and tidy, but they also took the time to explain the work they had done and ensured I was fully satisfied before finishing up.

What really impressed me was the after-sales service. A few weeks after the installation, I noticed a minor issue with one of the windows. I contacted Weatherguard, and they responded quickly, sending someone out to resolve the issue at no extra cost. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

Do not use this company the after care service is an absolute shambles your given a guarantee but can you get anyone out to repair faulty goods no!!! I have been in contact with them since February trying to get repairs to my kitchen cladding as it’s gone discoloured and has dropped in places ..just to be told lies after lies about sending someone out or given false dates of when work will get done This company is an absolute joke So please think twice before agreeing to have work done 😡

We are so pleased with the service from coming out to see us ,and fitting them in was excellent,
What a difference they have made to the look of our house inside and out ,
They came and did the job and left everything all immaculate ,

Appalling! Do not trust these cowboys! Wrong windows supplied, not sealed when fitted due to ‘task being pointless as windows would be coming out’ payment expected for windows supplied that were not to order. Abusive office staff trying to threaten court instead of negotiating despite the fault being theirs!

Punctual, friendly and very experienced tradesmen! Cleaning after the job as well.

The tradesmen who installed the windows were punctual, hard working and very pleasant. The windows were well fitted, look great and have improved the appearance of the house. I would certainly recommend the company for future use

We bought our windows and doors just over 3 yrs ago we had a few issues shortly after but eventually things were sorted The customer service team however was not so good calls were unanswered and felt the aftercare was inadequate.I recently noticed some off our cladding had dropped and the colour had faded terribly I made contact with customer services once again in February and was asked to submit photos which I did, I was then told someone would come the following week to asses and arranged for the job to be put right.After many unanswered calls yet again or when you actually speak to someone I am just fobbed off yet again… What’s the point of a 15 yr guarantee if this company doesn’t even replace faulty products My advice is stay clear the installation guys were great but the customer service is appalling

Weatherguard fitted a new backdoor and top window. Very professional team doing the work, to a high standard! The fitters arrived promptly and were friendly, efficient and tidy. We were advised on the best food and top window to get and I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me anything, they would prefer us to be happy and go back for more windows when we're ready. Overall I'm very happy with the service as right from the outset Weatherguard has been very professional and pleasant to contact. We have no hesitation recommending Weatherguard Windows

No nonsense company. The lads that worked on replacement all my windows and doors have done an amazing job. Brilliant hardworking and certainly knew their knowledge of the job. The quality of the windows are top speck and fitted to a very high standard. I made a mistake on the choice of one of the bedroom windows which I should have picked up on earlier so at some point I’ll be going back to this company to get it changed. If you are going to choose the right window company then go to these. They also do window blinds as well which is an added bonus if you want it all changed.

Recently had an exterior cupboard PVC door fitted by them. They showed up when promised and did a very neat job. 100% would recommend.

We have recently had windows and doors installed they are good quality, installed over 2 days site was kept tidy at all times very happy with overall results.

Very professional team doing the work, to a high standard and flexing well / appropriately around bad weather. Our work involved adjusting hardwood timber frames, which the Weatherguard team handled really well and achieved a perfect colour match, saving on redecoration! Very tidy workers too and the high efficiency window panes are amazing!

Fitted new front door and several windows. Very good sales , service and fitting. Good quality products and easy to deal with team.

Weatherguard replaced two windows, provided good customer service and are good value for money vs the competition. I will use Weatherguard again.
