From the onset the sales man explained all the windows on offer and their different styles and price range, I was then left to make my own choices no pressure sales.
I could choose my own installation date, which was a Friday as I work a 4 day week mon/Fri so did not loose money taking time off work.
The installation was done by polite staff, who did a professional job and cleaned up after themselves.
I got a couple of quotes and these do competetive prices.
I would use them again

had some A rated windows fitted and absolutely love them and my house feels much warmer, sales staff where excellent and fitters were extremely tidy will definitely recommend. Professional service throughout.

Right from the outset dealing with Weatherguard has been a pleasant experience. Their salesman wasn’t pushy, he explained options to us.
They always answered our calls promptly and were cooperative regarding the start date etc. (They had to work around other work on the house) The fitting team were great guys, , skilled and respectful of our property. They did not leave any mess.
The stable style back door and fittings appear to be of excellent quality and really enhance the look of our house

Recently had a living room window replaced by weather guard windows uk, great experience from start to finish, needed repairing urgently, work was carried out promptly and efficiently, fitters were polite and helpful and also tidy, would definitely use again.

Awful company! If they call at your house saying they’ve done work for your neighbours I’d advise anybody to ask the neighbours their experience with these lot. We paid £3000 for a composite door. The lock failed numerous times in 3 months. The latest time we couldn’t open the door from the inside so we were locked in the house. I’ll just add we only have 1 door as we live in a bungalow so a fire hazard! I managed to speak to somebody who is supposedly the manager and he’s nothing but rude and arrogant. I wish I’d read these reviews earlier to you live and learn. To anybody reading these reviews AVOID AVOID AVOID

They are so rude peoples and not listen u properly. They keep calling u and force so give us free quote and when u tell them u deal with some one elas they pess off and do bad behaviour.. I’m not recommending u guys in future ..

Workmen were untidy and a left huge mess. Repeatedly slandered the company and their bosses.
Kept poor hours, arriving late and leaving early, ultimately not finishing the work.
Work was rushed and left to a VERY poor standard with whole job looking messy alongside leaking windows and holes/gaps/cracks in rendering. The rendering around the windows is crumbling and coming away from the windows. You can see down the sides of the window frames in places!
Plaster inside the windows has been damaged, with large holes roughly filled with white poly filler and cracks/loose plaster left untouched.
Company has been contacted on several occasions regarding the issues but nobody wants to discuss the matter, stating that someone will call me back. Nobody calls back.
Now launching a formal complaint as they have signed off the work as complete and are seeking payment.
It’s a shame I can’t add pictures because you would not believe how bad they are!

I've had 2 sets of windows over the last 3years from weatherguard (I was replacing them in stages) the first time they broke the wooden windowsill, split it down the middle. They promised they would fix it when they came to do the 2nd lot and I trusted them. They didn't it's been over a year now and they've been out to assess it a few times and not made any attempt to fix it. It's got worse as it's now lifting. Also another window now won't open. Accidents happen. But i gave them lots of opportunities to fix this before leaving a review so sorry but it's 1 star. I'll have to get a different company to fix it

Dale was an absolute star! Felt like we were friends at the end. The door is stunning. The fitters were great and so tidy. It squeaked a bit after fitting, the guys popped round and sorted it with no issues at all. Lovely firm to deal with. When I can get my front window done I will get getting a in touch

love our windows and it is like they are soundproof as you can not hardly here any noise from outside had a couple of little issues but the two blokes who came out were amazing and sorted all out cant thank you enough shame we cant put pictures up just love them

No pushy selling. Excellent sales rep who didn’t try to get me to replace all full windows instead of just glass replacement for some. Two full windows replaced and six double glazed glass windows glass only. Installers were excellent and efficient. Cleaned up everything including the driveway. Will use them again.

Absolutely appalling customer services. In fact it’s non existent. Shoddy workmanship, leaky windows and doors. Not cheap especially for what you get and the doors DO NOT meet the requirements for household insurance standards because they are not fit well. They leak, let draughts in and use plastic frames that are not fit for doors. I have contacted the company MANY MANY times and they just fob you off and tell you they will get back to you and then they never do. I can’t give this company less than 1 star unfortunately but they do not deserve even 1 star. The people who I have spoke to from this company are rude, patronising and don’t care about their customers at. I wish there was a way for me to get my money back and have the awful windows and doors this company put in completely removed from my home because every time I struggle trying to lock / unlock my door, every time someone comes to my door, every time it rains and water comes in both the door and windows I am reminded about this cowboy company and how much money they exploited out of me. This company lie and deceive and prey on vulnerable people. Buyer beware! Stay clear of this place.
