Took ages to arrive. When it did in the smallest package ever so dress was so crumpled. Extremely poor quality and the sizing is incorrect. As others have said when I enquired about returning took ages to reply. Eventually said you have to return took Asia and the cost is £20.00. They have an address in England but you can’t use that. Take my advice don’t order from this so called company

Terrible company. Dress arrived weeks after being ordered. The website makes it look like they are British. Dress looks cheap and bad fit. Asked for a refund. Still two weeks after emailing many times they won't give me a return address so I can get a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor quality material, ill fitting dresses. I ordered two, nothing like the pics on the website. Took weeks to try and return, firstly offered me 25% of the 2 dresses, then 50%! Total con

I wouldn't even rate this company to anyone. I ordered a dress for a wedding which looked stunning on model, it arrived too late, the quality was terrible, having trouble receiving a refund of £34 99p,not overly expensive but had to go and buy something for the occasion.
Really disappointed and will not be using this company again.

Took long time to arrive. Very low quality fabric, bad fit, basically nothing good about it. Issues with return so finally accepted part refund. Didn't even pass it to charity shop as their dresses are of better quality. Urge everyone to read reviews before ordering from this company.

The advert popped up in my Facebook, looked enticing. So glad I read the reviews before purchasing any of the dresses.

Company does state it can take between 5 and 15 working days to recieve your order and its true. I placed my order 1st July, arrived 18th July.
Poor quality dress. Pattern on the material is very different to the one advertised as is the colour. Lots of stray threads. Flimsy zip.
I ordered a size bigger than normal as a precaution but it is still far too tight.
Having read other reviews about trying to return goods I have decided not to bother and put this one down to experience.

Placed my order 23/6/25 - 6 dresses - 3 arrived on 4th July, which was too late as I had left by then to a wedding (hence the dress order). Emailed company and had a returned email that 2 of the other dresses were on their way, and then the same again with the final 6th dress. All arrived too late, very poor quality, waste of money, I can return but at a cost to myself and also they have a 30 day return policy from order so too late to return, so you will end up with no dresses, no refund cos over the 30 day period and would have wasted more money in returning them. Communication is absolute rubbish, clothes are rubbish, false selling - never ever use this company, pure scammers!!!

I ordered 2 dresses that when they arrived were not as described on the website. Very poor quality. Was not able to access the website to return. Have just had a message to say it will cost £15.00 to return!

Should be zero star. The dress is ordered was in no way the size stated. Have tried to make contact for a return. So far only had an email to tell me it's going to cost me £15 + to return the item. Absolute scammers. Made to look so British. Bloody awful

Made their website to look very British, but the goods come from China. Chose a very British sounding name, and photo of a shop front, very convincing. The dress is overpriced poor fabric and quality, says it was reduced from £78 to £36, this was never a dress worth over £70. Taught me a .lesson, two week delivery, too expensive to return. Don't bother!!

A total scam Avoid should not be on Facebook

Not based in London, items poor quality and not as described, 'easy returns' do not exist as they have to be posted to Asia at own expense. Shocking that Facebook can run these ads that scam people. I've been offered multiple refunds 30% etc. I responded to email that I would accept a partial refund and no emails have been received since. This company is just a scam.

Do NOT buy from these scammers!
They state that they accept returns within 30 days but forget to mention that you have to pay to return product to Asia! They make themselves sound as though they are a London boutique what a load of cobblers. Trading Standards should be on their case and they should not be allowed to advertise on social media platforms!

Should be a zero avoid at all costs customer service does not exist at all ordered a dress which took 2 weeks to arrive was much too long so requested a return in numerous e mails to finally be offered 25% refund which is shocking they also want people to return item to Asia and must be tracked but never gives u the address I’ve been sending e mails now for 2 weeks absolutely shocking but advertising they are from London AVOID please

I was scammed by this company. I purchased a dress which I thought was exactly the same as the one I purchased last year. I paid £39.99. The material of my first purchased dress was really nice and I wanted to get another one just in a smaller size. The dress I received from Weave and Oak is made from very poor quality material. They've obviously used the same photo of the dress from the legitimate site and used it on their own. Their returns policy is abominable. They know people won't be paying the price of returning their horrible products to Asia. Live and learn people.

There is cheap tacky material The sewing on the dress is despicable if I was you have absolutely nothing to do with this company.
you ask for a refund they are very reluctant to send it eventually they give you an address in China to return the product to at your own expense

Wouldn't allow a return unless I paid myself and the return was China and would cost over half the price. In the end I accepted a partial refund. I ordered the size suggested on the site but that was nowhere near my size amd I had ordered 2. Wish I had read reviews as these are scammers under a posh name and website. No stars
