I ordered 2 dresses. First one arrived and they had sent the wrong colour, not a colour I would wear and not as nice a dress as in the picture. Second dress arrived and they’ve sent it in a small when I ordered an Xl I am so annoyed. Taken over 3 weeks to arrive and now reading other people’s reviews it’s probably not even worth trying to return!! I must learn to do more research before I buy off these rubbish companies!!

Avoid at all costs!! The 2 dresses I received were awful quality, took weeks to arrive from China even though the site says London. Always check on Trustpilot first would be my advice!!

Ordered a dress in 2 different sizes. Sent multiple emails requesting to return one of the sizes. When I did get a reply, stated I could return the dress, asked for the return address. 2 days later offered a 25% off partial refund. Declined it. 4 days later offered a 40% off partial refund as they claimed that's was all I would be left with if returning the item to Asia using international tracked postage! Would not recommend ordering to anyone as advertised to be from London and no hassle returns! Ordered 3rd of April, took nearly 3 weeks to arrive then over a week to be offered £13.30 to which I felt 'badgered' into accepting as I was not getting anywhere

Avoid This Company – Misleading, Poor Quality & Shocking Returns Policy

This company is a complete scam. The website gives the illusion of a high-end UK-based fashion retailer, showing images of a posh store and happy customers. In reality, it’s a drop-shipping operation sending low-quality clothes from Asia in cheap plastic packaging.

I ordered four dresses and they arrived weeks later in two separate parcels. The quality was poor, nothing like the photos, and neither of the two identical dresses (ordered in different sizes) fit.

Despite advertising “hassle-free returns,” you’re expected to pay around £35 to return the items to Asia – something only buried in the fine print of the return policy. Most reputable international retailers provide a UK return address. This one does not.

After refusing to give me a return address or a full refund, they played a ridiculous game of offering escalating discounts (25%, 40%, then 70%) just to avoid handling a return. I accepted 70% out of frustration, not satisfaction.

They claim to be based in London but are actually in Huddersfield. Totally dishonest.

Don’t waste your time or money – misleading advertising, poor quality, and a nightmare returns process. A shocking company to deal with.

Exactly the same as other reviewers. Ordered a dress from this company. Need to return it and suddenly find out I have to pay for tracked shipping to Asia!
Appalling service and I will never order from this so called company again.

Poor company, as previous reviews state - advertise 30 day money back guarantee - worthless. My dress arrived faulty, they are ignoring all emails. I am doing a chargeback through my bank. Total waste of time and AVOID AT ALL COST!

Very disappointed!

I bought three dresses from this company on 23rd March the website looked high class clothing items, showed a high class shop store window in a high street, people leave the store smiling, turns out they are an online store who I use a click and drop method of sending the clothes from Asia.

The dresses finally arrived on 6th April in two consignments. They arrived in a cheap plastic clear bag like the clothes you receive when ordering from other overseas retailers, the quality is about the same too. I ordered two of the same dresses for size and neither of them fitted me so I initiated the advertised 'hassle free' return process only to find that you have to send the clothes back to Asia with the customer paying the postage which was going to be around £20. It says on their website, Hassle free returns, its only when you look at the returns policy that they say the return is overseas but why when the quality website looks that good, would you even feel the need to check, I didn't.... if I had I wouldn't have ordered in the first place.

I complained that I didn’t think this was good practice or fair considering that other overseas retailers offer a UK address for returns so they offered me 25% discount on my order (pretty pointless when the dresses didn’t fit) I rejected the refund, only to be offered 40% discount, I rejected again and was finally offered 60% which I accepted, not because I was happy with that amount but to end the endless amount of back and forth email conversations with them to negotiate a full refund which I wanted and to try to get the return address which they never gave me, I also thought if I paid the £20 to return the items going to Asia they would have probably gone missing or not arrived and then I would have lost all my money.

Their Website also says they are based in London, when they are actually based in Huddersfield.

Don’t bother with this company the clothes don’t look as good as they do on the website and if you want to return anything, they will just keep trying to offer you discounts to keep them…. Very disappointed customer who will certainly not be ordering from this company again….

The item was not as described and did not look like the photo.The package also took 3 weeks to arrive. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee but fail to tell you, unless you read ALL of the terms and conditions, that return postage is to be paid for by the customer and has to be sent to their warehouse in Asia and must be tracked otherwise they will not refund! The garment cost £35, the postage to return will be in excess of £15! This is very bad customer service and I would discourage ordering from this company!
