We purchased a used motorhome from Webbs, the sales team and other staff we met were very friendly and helpful during the process .
The videos they produced of the van were very helpful for giving an overview of the various functions and equipment locations.
The motorhome was fully prepared and delivered on time in excellent condition. Would highly recommend Webbs.

We were originally recommended Webbs from a friend and they did not disappoint!!

We visited their Reading showroom which had plenty of stock (both new and used Motorhomes and Campers). On our visit we were left to view all stock without feeling pressurised by our sales person (Steven Archer).

We found the Motorhome of our dreams and decided to purchase. Steven handled the entire process with professionalism and a great level of service. He is very knowledgeable and efficient, just what you need from a sales person.

Since collecting our Motorhome we have had a minor issue within the shower area, Webbs have dealt with this in an exceptional manner and we could not ask for more.

Overall the service from start to finish has been incredible and would definitely recommend.

Webbs have proven to be an easy company to deal with from start to finish, and there was no pressure throughout the process from our first enquiry, valuation for our PX, viewing and the purchase of the replacement motorhome. All questions we had were explained at the time or in reply to any calls and emails, we will recommend them to anyone, and should we look for a motorhome in the future we would be checking out their website first. Part exchanged our campervan for a motorhome and the transaction went like clockwork. A user video was supplied for us to refer to explaining all the equipment on the new vehicle which is a very useful reference. A few issues that cropped up initially were sorted out very quickly and I must commend the team for a very pleasant transaction.

We were directed there by staff at Caravanning & Camping Club site in Hudsons Field today. Staff member, Steven served us. He was very helpful, friendly and courteous advising us on the range of accessories suitable for our motor home: food grade blue hose to fill up with water, a brilliant gas barbecue, connectors, stand etc etc. All were very competitively priced. He carried the heavy items into the motor home despite being quite busy with other customers! A credit to the Company! Enjoying our retirement in West Wales, we are new to Salisbury in Wiltshire touring. No hesitation recommending for all your camping needs!

We Just bought a Swift Bolero motor home from Webbs in Reading.
When we went and had a look at what they in stock there was no pressure we were able to wander round at are own leisure and look all vehicles open so able to look without having to ask.
When we did decide we were interested in the Bolero we were dealt with by Steven Archer who was very helpful and professional from start to finish highly recommend

We very recently purchased our first Motorhome from Webbs, the purchasing process was very good, we were given time but the sales man Steven was attentive when required,
On our first tip out we found a couple of issues, a loose knob on the oven, faulty awning light, faulty black out blind, these issues were mentioned on Monday and we had replacement parts delivered on Wednesday, first class service, we would recommend..

We had many dealings with Webbs of Salisbury as we are caravan owners and they have treated us like family. So when we decided to buy a motorhome we started to watch the website at Reading. It's a bit of a trek from Salisbury but we have made a few visits over the last 18 month and been treated very well each time we visited trying to find the right one for us, finally we found it and the motorhome is sat on the drive. Stephen could not do enough for us, the experience was first class through out. The handover videos are a great idea as you can refer to them again and again, but could be a bit more indepth this was the only minor down side. We are extremely happy with our purchase so far

We've been going to Webb's and checking their website for the last 2 years looking for "The One" , and on the 8th January I bought "The One" it's our first motorhome and she's amazing, the service has been amazing Steven has been an absolute saint putting up with all my stupid questions, along with Gregg and many others the whole team at Webb's are amazing welcoming and making just feel nothing you ask is too much, I can't fault any off them absolutely awesome company customer care amazing. Excellent range of vans. The sales staff put no pressure on us, were constantly helpful and knowledgeable. The van was prepared really well for collection. Aftersales service has been good.

From initial contact to delivery of our new camper van Steven and the team at Webbs gave a first class service. We were given plenty of time to look at and think about our new purchase and on the day we collected our new camper it was a simple and smooth handover. We are very pleased with our new purchase.

I wanted to sell my Motorhome and was not in a position to put up with time wasters and tyre kickers so decided to contact dealers to judge interest.
I contacted SMC ( this is where I originally bought from), West Country Motorhomes and Webbs. Neither SMC or West Country Motorhomes bothered to even respond - which shows what customer service levels they offer.
Webbs contacted me, I sent photos and details. They immediately came back with an agreeable price (subject to inspection) and arranged to visit the following day.
Inspection went well, money transferred and they left with the Motorhome.
A really good and professional transaction and I will absolutely use them before others in the future.
