Absolutely dreadful.

My website has been live for a couple of months however I’ve had non-stop problems.

- Customer service is horrendous with no direct line to speak to any developers, you’re only able to contact via email even if it’s an emergency.

- my website took nearly a year to go live but when they quote you you’re told that it will be finished in three months. ABSOLUTE LIE!

- My actual website had to be rushed in order to get it finished because the service was so terrible and I could not stand to wait any longer.

- when your site is live you receive no useful help at all but when you try to call up their phone number they just say that someone will contact via email which, like stated before, takes a while to get back to you and then the issue is never easily resolved.

- you definitely overpay for the finished product that you get because it seems to be impossible for everything to go right e.g. there’s always something wrong with my website

- extremely slow and unprofessional service, you will never get anything resolved quickly. But whenever a payment or money for them is involved they’ll keep bothering you non-stop

- While my website was in development, I kept receiving calls from one of their team asking if I wanted content creating for a fee, I repeatedly said no yet still kept receiving these calls

- when trying to upload blog posts that are fairly long in length, the website will the crash and when I report the issue to the developers they don’t solve the issue at all and give useless advice. Leaving me to miss out on lots of content I can be posting to boost my site

- Not an English company although they state that they are which leads to many awful delays

- Website is extremely slow and caused hundreds of problems that you NEVER get told how to deal with. They expect you to know everything and when you question them, they talk to you as if you’re stupid.

I’ve had so many issues with this company and reading positives reviews completely baffles me, there’s no way on earth that this company deserves even a one star.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I have zero knowledge of web design and needed a website to advertise my author services and books for sale. The team at web creation have been brilliant; sticking with me through the design phase, when I really wasn't even 100% sure what functionality I needed! I have ended up with a website which I think looks great. Many visitors have commented positively on it and it is an added bonus that the support they offer, means I can continue to build my site as things change and grow. I am too scared to update it myself ( I have technofear and the dashboard scares me! ) but this is all done for me. I would definitely recommend their services!

Used webcreation.com started off very keen but the web developer really had no skills. They took a 50% deposit and this was after they kept adding on items to the price which they said were essential
I stopped using them after they could not get past the first phase of project
Wont give my 1.6k deposit back and they have simply say the deposit is not refundable- I did all the work they just did an initial mock up.
I am a genuine customer -please keep alert as to what they are charging you for and i would not recommend

Websites have been a nightmare for us in the past - a few years back, we paid thousands of pounds towards a new site that never completed, it was poor in features and design and was worse than what we had - and we lost the money we had paid towards it!! This has happened twice to us in the last 12 years with 2 separate companies running off the shelf junk for a quick buck!

Webcreation delivers!:
1) Fantastic value for money
2) A really good designer - blown away with the design (bananacomputers.co.uk)
3) A huge upgrade in features.
4) Any issues we had at any point were sorted.
5) When we asked for something to be adjusted or added, it was done!
6) When we had some teething problems after launch (and we had paid the final installment) , Web creations support was great in seeing it the whole way through.

In particular, appreciate the work and professionalism of Developer Avinash, a really nice website, thank you!

Great team between the project manager and developer. I went back to Webcreation to give our website a facelift and to give it a contemporary feel, and have been involved during the process. Fast response from the team, leaving us more than happy with the final result...

SUCH A TERRIBLE AND STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

All I can say is wow. My experience with WebcreationUK has been completely unbelievable and I mean that in the worst possible way. I have paid WebcreationUK exactly £4,566 to date for a fully functional website and app which they have yet to deliver even though the project started in August 2020. They also expect me to pay another £1,350 when this laughable experience finishes.

Please avoid this company like the plague! You will only ever hear from them when it is time to collect payment for the deposit and the second payment to move on to the development stage (you will also hear from them when they make contact to offer you the add-ons such as the content writing service) . You will receive little to no communication from them after that point. This company will use their salesmen to offer you the world, yet they will deliver peanuts.

WebCreationUK cares only about the money, they do not care about customer satisfaction or building a healthy reputation. My project is probably one of the larger sums of money they have been able to get hold of and they are not letting go without a fight, even though they have not been able to show me any updates since the homepage, login and the bare minimum/skeleton of a site. There has also been no mention at all of the app I was quoted for. All of this and yet the company insists they have delivered what I asked for.

This company needs to be held accountable for their actions and work. They answer to no one except their Del Boy of a senior manager, which is why they operate in this shoddy way. Once they start on your project, they will not let go of the funds you have paid. They will dance around the issue and bully you into continuing to work with them, even when the trust and communication has completely broken down.

I am in complete disbelief as to how and why the company operates in this way - I am undoubtedly facing a long and hard battle to get my money back. Please save yourselves the sleepless nights and stress by finding another company or Web developer to build your site. I made a deal with the devil the day I decided to allow WebCreationUK to work on my project.

The senior manager is the worst, as he is so far removed from the projects and yet thinks he is an expert on them (he also handles the complaints, so you really have no way of escalating your case if you are not happy). I will update this review as this really has only just begun. I finally became fed up of waiting for updates and asked to cancel the project after 7 months. I think 7 months is long enough to be able to deliver some sort of tangible results. This has been a complete nightmare and I wouldn't wish this on anyone. WebCreationUK is a complete shambles and they are extremely dishonest.

Update: I have just noticed a review below from someone named 'Samuel' and his review is eerily similar to mine. It seems as though this company has a history of doing this. Samuel's review was written in February of this year, it still would have been too late for me at that point. SAVE YOURSELF AND RUN AWAY FROM WEBCREATIONUK !

Update 12th July.

After running around in circles with this company for over a year, we are still no closer to finishing and I have just been told that the project manager I have worked with from the start has been pulled from my project (no reason given as to why). The company keeps asking for details I have already provided them with, and it seems like my project is on the scrap heap. I really regret working with this company.

UPDATE 26/07/2021

I am now seeking legal advice on this matter and will be reporting this company to Trading Standards. They should not be allowed to carry out such shoddy work and take people's hard earned money in this way. Daylight robbery! I would have been better off sourcing my own developer in India and cutting out the middlemen (WebCreationUK) because that's all they are - really expensive middlemen.

To make matters worse, WebCreationUK recently asked me to provide content for the site, even though I purchased a content writing service from THEM months ago and had already sent them the final version. This is where we are a year after starting the project - a disgrace really.

WebCreationUK say they are almost complete, but the project started A YEAR AGO. Why are they still needing approval and confirmation after an entire year???????? What have they been doing for all this time? I emailed WebCreationUk on Friday (30th July 2021) and again today (3rd August) and still no reply.

Update 27/08/21
This matter will be going to court. Will be nice to finally have some clarity on the matter and understand why my project has taken over a year when other projects have been completed in that time. Not good enough!

We thought we were signing up to an English company because the address was Harrogate. We were wrong. The process was very slow at first but is speeding up. I think some of the delay was our difficulty in understanding what WebCreation wanted from us.
We are looking forward to the finished article.
