I had several issues with my Joomla which were beyond the scope of the hosting service, and the support staff was always there willing to go extra mile and assist me. They were knowledgeable, helpful and provided overall good user experience. Note that I'm using WebHostingBuzz service for over a decade (!), and this is my first (and long overdue) review.

I am glad that your suggestion helped and now page is ok , I was following instruction you gave me and it worked , i am aware now and pointed to the client to consider new site , bud anyway thank's a lot for detailed explanation and support you're great support, this is done for now so you can close this ticket

I had some problems with 2 wordpress websites hosted at my Reseller Plan with WHB: the websites didn't show at all. The WHB support managed my ticket quickly and solved the technical issue (not dependent on the server!). Glad to have everything fixed :)

my mail app wasn't working, and captcha kept popping up and slowing things down....

Have been a WHB customer since 2004, always receiving good quality service, my websites have been performing adequately all the time. Everytime I had a problem, the support people helped me in a short time.

I have been with them a long time. Still have their silver plan which was a lifetime plan with unlimited everything. For the past couple of years though they have been harrassing me and now they are redirecting all traffic to a 404 error page over a manufactured problem associated with a mod they host and wont disable, in conjunction with another domain on the same shared IP. Completely dispicable!

I was helped with an issue almost as soon as I requested and the issue was soon after fixed.
