I am in Japan and have been using Webhostingbuzz for years to host small sites running on Expressionengine cms. On the occassions I have asked for support it has always been really quick and polite.

I have been using WHB as a re-seller for over a decade and am always impressed with their quality service, their responsiveness to any type of question or problem, and their prompt attention to solving any issues. I have been, and continue to be extremely happy with their service! Thank you WHB team, you are fantastic!

When in trouble I fight a few hours for sport, but then I contact WHB support and get the stuff done in about 3 seconds.

I have been using webhostingbuzz for Thirteen years now and I have seen the consistent customer support they are giving as well as competitive pricing for their reseller packages. So far what I only see is improvement in all the services I use as well as the support they give their customers. I do hope that this will continue to improve.

Briefly, when you send your request to the support don't think if they can fix it, and don't worry about that, because it will inevitably be fixed at lightning speed.

Really, I do not find appropriate words that express how satisfied I am with this company and how quickly it responds to technical support and stand side by side with clients to achieve their satisfaction.

These guys are head and heels above the rest - and, since my first website in 1997, I have found all the bad web hosting companies. I have seen plenty other hosts go from pretty good, to okay, to total creeps - almost overnight!

I've been using Webhostingbuzz from 2008. It's been a really long time with them. Like every other Company, they've had their ups and downs. Mines a personal website and a very small Company website that's hosted with them.

They are always quick to respond and are a courteous bunch. The best part, I'm still paying the same prices that I'd paid in 2008 using a coupon which has remained my renewal pricing till date. Inbetween, they'd even increased my quotas once.

From a small business / personal website perspective, Webhosting Buzz is a great option.

They're honest in their pricing and decent with their responses even after 10+ years! Sometimes charecter & trust are built over years of business; Webhosting Buzz has shown me consistently that they're worthy of this!

I love these guys! I've used a lot of hosting providers over the years, and WHB hands down, has the best customer service of anyone I've ever used. They're fast, efficient, and soooo helpful, even when I have stupid questions or irrational requests!

Worst Website Host I have ever had. I cancelled shortly after I established an account and found out how poor their support is. I have published websites since 1987 with no problems until WebHostingBuzz. I quickly moved to GoDaddy, where the support is exceptional. Of course I didn't get my money back, that was understood. Now they sent me an invoice for an account that was cancelled almost 2 years ago.

Alex was quite helpful, we have been working with WebHostingBuzz but they are the best.
