Another disaster customer service experience from Webjet.
Still dealing with my postponed covid flights.
We have an itinerary rebooked with 6 flights for June 2024.
Qantas changed flight 5 timeframe which made flight 6 not doable. Instead of fixing this, webjet just left it it as is. We wont even make the boarding cutoff.
After 1 hour 40 minutes on a chat, the person tells me they have to change the entire itinerary and instead of going to Darwin at the start of our trip, we would have to fly to Perth. What a joke.
All for a simple change of a Sydney to Melbourne flight from 630pm to 730pm. She said the system would not allow her to do just one change without altering the whole itinerary.
Isn't that what webjet are offering as a model.
They are the biggest joke of a company i have ever seen.
Why cant you give 0 stars.

Booking through Webjet is seamless and super quick. The website lists out different price range in a matter of few seconds and it's easy for customer to pick their choice of service providers be it flights or hotels or cabs etc. Highly recommend Webjet for any sort of trip planning.

Have requested a refund for flights that were changed last second due to being "overbooked" 18 weeks ago. We were told it would take 8-12 weeks originally. Now today after contacting them many times they have told me it will take a further 12 weeks. I requested my previous online chat logs with the agents because last week I was told it would take 24 - 72 hours but of course, I was told their new system only allows them to view old chats not copy the text or even be able to screenshot them to send to me. My experience trying to call them was also horrible. After going through the confusing voice message menus once I finally got a hold of an agent to speak to and gave my refund reference number the phone line suddenly got bad and I could not hear anything over the phone. Seems like very poor practices from Webjet.
