Webroot is one of the best that I've ever used. Great value for the price. Love it!

Fantastic virus protection. Reliable and recommended. Keep up the great work.

I was pretty happy with the service, scans went pretty quick and usually were good as in no major threats.
What I did not care for was the renewal reminders 3 months previous to the actual yearly expiration as this is the same tactic used by some of the other competition.
Also, how about a renewal promotion as I usually respond favoritively to customer retention concerns.

I'll be brief! My experience is that I didn't have any. Any ugly ransomware, or other evil virus that destroys or disables my computer. That is a great and comforting experience. Thank you for that

I recently had to get a new hard drive and have not been getting my Webroot coverage. How do I get Webroot back on this device that I have paid for?

Webroot has protected my devices for at least 2-3 years now, and I learned about it from my 35 year old son who was impressed with the level of protection and services for the cost. I'm not a computer genius by any means, but for my son it's part of his business and personal security. My older son 40 years old also uses it along with my wife and I who own a travel agency. If I ever hear different from my son, I'll do what he recommends but he's had Webroot longer than us by a ways, and is all about it.. Thank You for the protection, especially these days !

This is a good security application. Haven't had any problems. Cost efficient also.

Webroot works and I would be happy with it, except sometimes it blocks programs without notifying me. I play a modded version of Skyrim and I spent hours troubleshooting why my game crashed. Eventually I found it was because webroot blocks Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE). This is not a malicious program, and is widely used by the skyrim community. I whitelisted the program, but it webroot would still block it (without giving me a notification). I also reported it to webroot as a program that not be blocked almost a year ago, and received no response. Consequently I have to shut down protection every time I want to play. Other members of the Skyrim modding community have told me that Webroot is one of the only anti-virus programs that causes this issue. They suggested switching to any other anti-virus, will I will be doing.

Update after response left below: Apparently you didn't read the review at all. I DID reach out, I DID report it. Months later, nothing was done. I am not paid to fix problems with your product, so I will not be spending any more time on this.

Webroot runs automatically and will send me a message if it sees anything strange. Very reliable.

We feel more protected with Webroot. Their emails contain helpful information. We are happy with their service.

Used Webroot since 2014. Always simple to use and has saved my computer several times from viruses. Highly recommended.

I have had no problems with computer operation since using Webroot. Its regular sweep of the computer has identified few problems because of blocking of the various forms of computer attack.

I've had WEBROOT for a few years now. I'm extremely happy with the program and the two times I needed to contact customer service they were helpful and thorough. As long as they continue to do the same great job I will be a LOYAL CUSTOMER!

Not sure if webroot really does much. I just cross my fingers and hpe it does.. I use several others as well.

Product hasn't been working properly and getting tech support is a major issue.

I have been trying and trying to contact webroot for over 3 months because of an issue I have in not being able to get into my account.
I get an email that takes me right back to the issue at hand. Over and over...
If this issue is not resolved in time for renewal, I will not be renewing

It's always both a pleasant and easy experience updating my account and purchases with Webroot. Also, I am comfortable knowing that everything is in capable hands while I do what I need to do while using the computer.

WEBROOT SECURE is the easiest security product to use at a very competitive price point. The customer service, when needed, has been thoughtful and effective. I think in this age of cyber warfare between belligerents, amounting to government support for what I consider crimes against humanity, no personal computing protection service can be held to a faultless standard.
