We have had no issues with malware since using webroot. They keep us informed when it is time to renew and seem to perform as advertised.

I have been using Webroot for over 4 years now and have had no issues to date with viruses compromising my system , needless to say that I will continue to have it protect my system

Was charged $87.79 on my bank account. But haven't had the service since 2020. The phone recording tells me to go to their website and apply for refund. It does not recognize my email. So it tells me to send an email but wants a invoice number. Do not have an email or paper invoice to ask for refund. No option to talk with a live person.

Normally I would be completely satisfied with my most recent purchase, like previous purchases but this time I did NOT receive a follow up email with the new keycode and information and not I can't update my existing system. You may say that you sent it and maybe you did or maybe you didn't. Regardless I don't have it because either you didn't send it or it possibly went to my junkmail. What can you do to keep me as a customer?

I have had Webroot Anywhere for quite a few years now, after using McAfee where my computer got hacked and I lost everything, went to Best Buy and ordered after they told me about it. This was the Best Advice I had ever received as I use this on our cell phone, laptop and 2 computers now without any problems, never had another issue. Keep up The Terrific Work you All do @ Webroot, it means the world to my family.

Was first introduced to Webroot by our IT service team and have been quite pleased. Checking on the frequency of system checking has been comforting. I have not experienced any slow down of operation like some others used in the past.

Have and had no problems since being a customer.

I have been with Webroot since it was just a simple Spy Sweeper and had Norton (then McAfee) as my virus protection. So, I do speak from 30+ years of internet experience. I have never had a Webroot product failure of any sort and because of the research I do (Human Factors) I can end up at some very dodgy internet places. The customer service has been better than great, it has always been positively superb. I have Webroot installed on all my computers and strongly recommend Webroot for any person or business that connects to the internet. Thank you Webroot!

Webroot seems like it works. I don't feel like my computer is compromised and I've never had issues.

Easy, quick service transaction.

I have no complaints and all seems to be going fine. I hope you also answer ignorant questions here. I just purchased a new computer and want to install Webroot on it. How do I do that.

Reordert Webroot about 3 weeks ago and every Day it prompts me it is expired and should reorder, maybe you can help.

I have no complaints. I was sick of the "free" or included McAfee +Norton which, when you call, you find out you're talking to someone in a foreign country.
I hope it is easier to find out my expiration date though. I usually get an offer to sign up early to save $.

I did not approve this purchase, I have reported this as fraud.
I expect you to credit my account! This has been reported as fraud. Credit card company is taking action against this sort of thing. Specifically my account. Refund my money!!!

Don’t know and can’t tell if Webroot ever really did anything for me. Never got any notice of a problem or even a possible attack. Who knows if it helps?

I ended up with a virus where pop ups are constant and goes from one website to another. I asked Webroot when I transferred my Webroot software over to my new computer if it went thru and was active and never received a reply. Now what?

I find Webroot to be professional and trustworthy. If I go into an area that is possible scam Webroot lets me know and I remove myself and note that it is scam. I know I am safe having Webroot at my back

I purchase your product twice and can’t downloaded to my computer.
Can’t contact you guys at all.
