I have had Webroot for 3yrs. No problem with product. My computer speed is not notably slower and I'm satisfied with protection.

Since having Webroot I have have zero viruses and my PC has had no problems!!
(I previously had Kaspersky and had viruses occasionally. Webroot has been better!)

Sent 2 or 3 emails on how to find Webroot on my new computer .. I bought a yearly subscription a few months ago for $49? Im not a computer nerd. Where would the files be?

I am disappointed that you don't give auto sign in on devices I have with the webroot security. It is a pain to sign in every time I restart my device. It should be automatic.

Been using Webroot for several years now. Have avoided getting Malware on three PCs. Good product!

Love it, no hassle, runs in the background, no system problems so far over four years.

Web Threat Shield seems to have been recently updated - and now I must click the icon on my browser's tool bar, which opens a tab, and then click 'Allow' - before the Web Threat Shield will function. This happens every time I open a browser - Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Otherwise, Web Threat Shield displays a red dot on the icon - and does not seem to check for 'trustworthy' web-sites at all... How can this be corrected?

have been with Webroot for many of years and done a good job in protection of electronic gear. I believe that Webroot does not get attacked as much as the other companies so the company is consistently very good

I have been using webroot for about 5 or 6 years and never had an issue with it. Webroot has caught every virus immediately before being infected to any great degree. It also has lowest footprint of all the top virus checkers on the market.

I am paying for some service which I have no idea what it is or how to access information that is generated by it. I would really appreciate your letting me know what I am paying for and how to access information regarding the service. Either tell me how to use it or cancel it.

I've been using Weboot for about 12 years now and the renewal process has always been very easy to complete.

I am trying to change my email address and am using the email you just sent this to and I never get a response and I cannot get anyone to help me with this. I have sent various email and no response. I should not be this hard to change an email address.
