I hadn't dealt with WBAB previously and was curious to see if they might run a 'bait and switch' with their offers; a tactic that is not unheard of amongst some companies that buy used vehicles.

However, this was absolutely not the case. At each stage of the process, the communication I had with their office (Leah) was prompt, courteous, helpful, clear and consistent. On pick-up day (when I was still wondering if there would be some last-minute nit-picking to beat the price down), a smashing old biker called Goldie turned up. Charming, genuinely enthusiastic, and happy to finalise the deal at the original offer price with no issues at all. Overall, an entirely smooth, no nonsense buying process. Very satisfied.

Easy process, no haggling, no discussion over agreed price with your representative as bike was as described and friendly polite guy that collected my bike. Price for my bike was good for me and paid on the same day.

It is convenient to sell in this way, you're going to get slightly less than a private sale and you will get the price chipped away for pretty insignificant issues. But no point complaining, that's the nature of this type of deal.

Sold my ZZR1400 to we buy any bike. They gave me the full price they quoted which was a lot better price than what I was offered trading in against a new Hayabusa. The only quibble was the 8am to 4pm time slot for collection which could maybe improved, but a small price to pay for an excellent service. Thank you.
