I came dress shopping today with my sister & mam. We had a lovely experience thanks to Angie. She couldn’t do enough for my sister & us. Fantastic customer service. My sister said yes to the dress. Thank you Angie.

Good service from staff to start with. Bad dress. Bought wedding dress, tried on for alterations but dress didn't feel right on top half, rung them up and emailed customer services but neither was interested- was told to go elsewhere for the alterations. X2 tailors both said the dress was different to what I ordered, different from photos on internet and the dress in the shop, but shop not interested. Would not recommend this shop. Have had to now pay a lot to get the dress altered properly. Sleeves were already on the dress, I only asked for them to be infilled and confirmed by tailor, the infills are too thick. Now sleeves need cutting open and the infill taking out, was also told it looks like material has been taken off the dress from the top.

Fantastic visit to the Rotherham branch. Katie was amazing and helped me choose my wedding dress which fits perfectly so I decided to take it home on the day. Katie's service was impeccable and she was ready with the tissues just when I needed them. Thank you so much Katie, you are amazing

After ordering 2 dresses online and them both being unsuitable I visited Wed4less Stockport with my daughter,We parked up easily and entered the store to be greeted by Debbie who was fantastic,I knew which dresses i wanted to try and they had them all to try in my size.
Next Lesley took over and looked after me in the changing room, helping me in and out of dresses, she chatted to me all the time and made me feel at ease.
I walked into the store a bit disheartened with my previous attempts at trying to find a dress and walked out with my dream dress, So happy!! Thanks Ladies

I have to give great feedback for Katie in the Halifax store. She was very attentive, understanding and extremely helpful. I had been to another wedding shop before there and unfortunately, just didn't find anything that matched up, so I have bought the other one, but I cannot praise Katie enough for her patience and her finding some beautiful dresses to try on

I’m really impressed with this bridal shop and was made to feel completely at ease by Kate who was truly lovely ad patient. She talked me through the process clearly and gave me lots of time to pick dresses out with my mum, stepping in to offer clarity on sizing or alterations etc. She and her trainee Olivia made me feel so comfortable whilst I tried on a selection of dresses and I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. Kate was also very nurturing with her trainee as she taught her the ropes. I left undecided about a dress but would wholeheartedly recommend coming here to experience such brilliant and friendly service. Thank you!

Good customer service. I hadn’t booked in advance and just turned up. Staff supported me to pick out 4 dresses and gave me great advice. I found my perfect dress in the end. Very happy.

As soon as we walked in the door the staff were so welcoming, I was looked after by Angie, who was amazing, she took note of what I wanted and made sure I was happy with my decision, she made me feel so comfortable. Absolutely wonderful! Michela was an absolute gem from greeting us with a warm and genuine sense of purpose. I'm an older first time bride and had no idea what to expect but the huge range of choices and service was exceptional. Wed4Less truly provided me with the ultimate wedding dress experience. I had taken time to look at their dresses and pick 5 I liked. The 1st was "not me at all". The second had everyone's eyes lit up and watering...I knew the moment the zip did up...SO flattering and stunning and I just knew....a complete bridal moment. I said "yes to the dress!!" And can't thank Angie at Wed4Less Newcastle enough for helping me find my vision. I was even able to find the pearls for my hair....10/10 and a gold star 🌟

I got married 28th October 2024. I got my dress and my daughter’s dress from here. Everyone commented on how beautiful our dresses were. Fantastic service from picking dresses to trying them on and then collecting them. Nothing was too much. My friend has already decided that she will be getting her dresses from there.

Michaela from wed4less Newcastle is the most amazing person Iv ever met! I came to the store feeling fat, frustrated and miserable after an awful experience at another bridal store. I didn’t want to get married let alone look at dresses! Michaela Was so kind, warm and generous with her time. She instantly made me feel special and comfortable. It may sound dramatic but I honestly found my experience with her extremely empowering and inspiring. I think it’s something I’ll never forget.

I bought a dress from the Newcastle branch earlier this year and unfortunately my wedding was called off. Despite the dress never having been worn or adjusted and kept in a protective bag (also bought from them), they flatly refused to refund or exchange the dress. Please avoid this place. Terrible customer service. I contacted the store and they refused a refund or exchange. I then contacted customer services and was again told no. They insinuated that it's a sad state of affairs that I leave a bad review just because I "can't get what I want". I am simply being honest about my experience

Having 8 bridesmaids, I had to make 3 trips to Rotherham to get them all fitted. We dealt with 3 different members of staff and every one of them were amazing and patient. They couldn’t do enough for us, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the choice of colours, so many to choose from. I would highly recommend 👍🏼😊

Went to find a wedding dress at the Stockport branch with my daughter who will be getting married next year in Cyprus. I have to say the staff were second to none. Very very knowledgeable. Made my daughter feel totally at ease. Nothing was too much for them. One of the ladies saw I was struggling with my mobility so went and got a chair so I could have a front row seat to see my daughter in these beautiful dresses. The lady that helped my daughter with fitting the dresses etc was superb. She was honest with my daughter and told her what she though suited her and what sort of dress would flatter her the most. The dress was chosen. She looked simply stunning. I can't fault a single person at the Stockport branch . My daughter absolutely loves her dress. This is 4 th place we went to to get the perfect dress and they did not dissapoint. Thankyou to the lovely staff at Stockport branch. You're all wonderful. Highly reccomend this place.

Employee was insulting and tactless regarding my dress size and despite travelling two hours to visit the store - I was informed that I wouldn’t be able to try anything on as they were closing early. This was hours before the closing time as per their website.

I said yes to the dress at West Bromwich branch. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff greeted us, nothing was too much trouble. The range of dresses was vast. Highly recommend.
