My experience in Stockport was amazing. Lesley advised , listened and helped me with everything and I found my dress within my first 5 I tried . She gave me Information and answered any questions I had . There was no rush or urgency in anything and I felt at ease . Thankyou Lesley for everything I can now enjoy my day x

Excellent choice and staff very helpful in letting you choose and giving suggestions. Helped with fitting. Jemima was especially lovely and so kind, nothing was a problem for her. Outstanding member of staff.

Went to West Bromwich store felt like didn’t want to help, lady was rude made my friend feel really uncomfortable, went to wed2b after & she got her dress she was treated like a bride there, think women needs training in customer service

We went to the West Bromwich store I Went with a few ideas in mind of what I liked and Chelsea put me straight at ease talked through thoughts and helped with confidence and knowledge. Myself and my sister felt so welcomed. When trying on the dresses nothing was too much trouble then we found the one I instantly felt it. Can’t wait for my future husband and family to see me on the day. Thankyou Chelsea it was such a lovely experience and would like every bride to be to feel how I did when they say YES TO THE DRESS.

What should have been an exciting morning to collect my dress,turned out a nightmare as the dress was made wrong.
Only to be told a manager was t on duty and was back Thursday.This only leaves a couple of weeks to alter as booked on for a fitting in September.
I resort to contacting customer service who asked for the invoice.
There is no urgency in contacting me,I am upset and anxious.
This is unprofessional and not a good service.

Wow what can I say. From the minute walked in I felt so relaxed considering I was very nervous about going to look at dresses (first time).

You wasn’t made to rush, was able to look at dresses without the pressure of anyone around you. Was nice to be able to look and see the different styles and sizes of dresses.

Carol and Megan and the manger at the Stockport outlet was just amazing. Carol made me feel so comfortable about trying different designs on and even helped me pick my dream dress which was the 3rd dress I tried on.

There was no pressure to buy.

100% recommend and I said yes to the dress

We visited the Newcastle store today. Thank you so much Angie for her help today. What a lovely woman she is. She helped me pick out the most beautiful dress ever!! Can't wait to come back to try it on again. 😍

Dresses and service were nice, really disappointing that I was not allowed to take a picture of me in the dresses due to “copyright” I see brides all the time posting photos of their dresses they tried on, asking for opinions. Safe to say I cannot look back and say yes that’s my dress let’s order it because I would be ordering an £1100 dress that I can’t particularly remember fully what I look like. I will be shopping elsewhere where they do allow you to take photos and consider your decision.

Please don’t buy bridesmaid dresses from here!
We had a terrible experience, our maid of honours dress arrived with two separate stains on, one week before our wedding despite me paying for a ‘rush’ service. It was also the wrong size and therefore had to be altered with less than a week before our big day! We had no other option but to use it as it was matching the bridesmaids and Wed4Less refused to come up with a solution before our wedding.
The customer service is very poor. They tried to blame us for the stain and still won’t admit they’re at fault. It caused unnecessary stress to my wedding day!

Their reply is a complete lie, I rang the shop within an hour of leaving to report the stains that we had found, the paperwork did not state I was signing out something perfect and I have copies of this! Their customer service is terrible and they are liars! I have photos of the stains within the hour of collection which I would upload if I could! The quality is worse than shein/temu but they’re great at deception and lies! I’ve left several positive reviews for all my other wedding suppliers which I’d be happy to share with future customers! Now Wed4less are trying to get me to remove my review which I will not be doing as they are lying. I am many things but I am not dishonest and this review is a true reflection of my experience!

Loads of dresses to choose form

I am writing on behalf of my granddaughter, for her beautiful prom dress, from prom4less, we were well looked after by Linda in the shop, nothing was to much she give katie every design and style to try, which she looked lovely in each one but then she tried a beautiful purple & white diamond and that was the one, she looked stunning. So a big thank you to you all at prom4less. Coming from carlisle prom4less outlet saved the day as she had only 1wk as her other dress been taking in to tight. Thank you again to Linda and been very patient with katie 😊

Been to this shop today had a fantastic time there all staff were lovey but the lady that helped with my dresses was absolutely amazing in every way from start to finish so thank you Carla i had a wonderful experience there thanx for helping me in saying yes to the dress

My 1st ever experience shopping for my dream dress.
All the staff were so friendly.
Rachael looked after me , she asked me what I was looking for but I was also open to ideas.
She was just brilliant, so patient, helpful, knowledgeable.
I got the wow factor with my 1st dress despite trying on several others. I went back on Sunday and ordered my dream dress with the help of Chelsea, Niki and the lovely Rachel.
I can't recommend the staff or this shop enough

I visited the West Bromwich shop on Saturday with my 4 daughters and 2 Granddaughters we met Kayleigh and she was amazing! Nothing was to much trouble she was so understanding and been an older bride she really put my mind at rest and made it the best day! Dresses were lovely so were the bridesmaids dresses would 💯 recommend here and Kayleigh you are amazing at what you do! Thank you xx

I found my dress here at the first shot! i have been in the newcastle store and the staff was very friendly and helpful to find the perfect dress for me. anyway for me there are few things that i think will made the experience better for the future brides. i didn’t like that my family didn’t have a sitting area next the fittings rooms, and they have to waiting for me standing up.. and please please change the purple/pink polka dots storage bag with something else because doesn’t look like “bride style” at all.
I will recommend this store or in general Wed4less because they’ve got a unique design, affordable price and great staff.

I said YES to me dress today! Kaylee at the West Bromwich store, was amazing, so patient with me and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted, she really listened to everything I wanted and helped me understand the style I was looking for. The dress I chose in the end was Kaylee's wildcard pick and was not one I would have picked up myself initially, but she knows her stuff and it looked fantastic, they are welcoming, not pushy, give you time to think and they definitely want what is right for you.This shop is amazing, I can't wait to wear my dress. Thank you so much x

I visited your Stockport store on Sunday. I was very nervous and genuinely not thinking that I would find anything that would be suitable or make me feel confident.
I was met by Carol on arrival. Carol took the time to find out what I wanted and was so relaxed with me that I could not help but feel better. She allowed us time to browse through all of the dresses and offered guidance when she was asked, which was a lot by me!
After choosing a selection of dresses we went to the changing rooms. I was beyond nervous about getting undressed, but she was just so lovely. Her approach was perfect, her reassuring manner left me happy to be helped into the dresses.
I found my dress and am so excited to wear it on my special day.
I cannot recommend the store enough. The range of dresses I think would allow everyone to find their special dress, but more importantly the way you are treated in this store is so wonderful. You will be treated with kindness, patience and care.

I visited the new branch at Dean Clough in Halifax on Sunday 21st April to find a bridesmaid dress for my 8 year old sister. Being able to see the height of the building from the entrance showing all 3 floors of gorgeous dresses makes it stunning from the second you walk in.
Everybody we dealt with was lovely and very helpful. Katie helped us pick the dresses and was with us while my sister tried her dresses on, not rushing her at all and letting her make up her own mind on what she wanted to try on next. Narrowing down the choices my sister ended up picking a white flower girls dress which Katie then handed the shawl to go with it and my sisters face just lit up.
To say I was expecting to be ordering a green bridesmaid dress but ended up ordering a white flower girl dress instead just shows how patient and flexible Katie was to help my sister feel special.

There was a large selection of dresses even for such a young age and it was made clear to us we could order in any size (they didn't have all sizes to try on which is understandable due to how many styles of dresses they keep in store but this wasn't an issue).

I will be returning again in a couple of weeks to look for dresses for my maid of honour which I am definitely looking forward to.

I have already ordered my wedding dress choosing to buy from the shop my mum bought her wedding dress from 20 years ago, but if this hadn't been an option for me with sentimental value then I would have definitely bought it from the Halifax branch.
Of course I didn't browse the wedding dresses but from what I saw on the mannequins while walking through, there are some stunning options.

Absolutely amazing first experience trying on dresses! The staff were so comforting and welcoming! They really went above and beyond when I was starting to feel faint and dizzy! They were so patient and inclusive! The quality and range of dresses was amazing - the website doesn't do it justice! There's so many to choose from and they never rush you, and you can spend the day there if you wish! I'll definitely be back - as I keep thinking about one particular dress! 💕❤️💛 Thank you, Wed4Less in Rotherham!
