IS NOT A FREE PLATFORM AD ADVERTISED ON GOOGLE

I paid for my dress to be on their website but no response from anyone! My dress has still not been listed and its been over 2 weeks! Looks like whoever own the website is clearly not working anymore..

Not had a single message. Absolute waste of my money

The dress bought was different from the picture shown. No customer service at all. I sent 5 emails and had no reply at all. I am unable to get in touch with them at all! Very cheaply and poorly made. The material catches and starting to fray. The back of dress doesn't match either side of the fastening ... One side is stitched as it should be to the dress.. The other side looks like the have run out of material and cut it ... The shoulders just hang down rather than fit on the shoulder. Overall a absolute bad experience.. And very disappointed and unable to even get a response for a refund.

The dress I received was nothing like what I believed I was ordering from their website. The material and workmanship was very much below standard and as a result they offered me a 50% refund, but what I wanted was a full refund and the dress returned to them. Several months later the claim through my credit card company is still ongoing. I have photographs of the dress and e-mails from the company if anyone wishes to see them for the sake of authenticity.....in case you believe in any of the positive reviews!

Scam company .
The picture online and the goods I got were totally different and to top it all the dresses were so badly made I could not stop laughing.
Costomer services does not exist cause they were so unhelpful and made me feel as if I was in the wrong.
Rubbish company I have ever dealt with.
Don't ever shop there.

We ordered my sister's wedding dress due to her pregnancy at the last minute...18/01/2012 whilst the wedding event was on 25/02/2012 & we needed the dress by the 18th/02/2012 the maximum!!!

They helped us through with the measurements & my sister's anxieties due to the short period of time!!!
Today we received the dress & it was AN ABSOLUTE BEAUTY nontheless it exceeded our expectations & even more!!!
Their professionalism & love for their work shows on this magnificent wedding gress!!!

The dresses on their website are cheap imitations. The fabric is cheap and nasty. VERY DISSAPPOINTED. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I RECEIVED MY GOOD, WHICH WAS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY BAD, UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY HAD THEIR MONEY, WITHOUT SATISFYING THE CUSTOMER. I DON`T RECOMMEND ANY LADY TO BUY FROM THAT SITE, IT IS A SCAM.

i ordered a a-line wedding dress from this website on 22.08.2010 and recieved it though DHL on 23.09.2010, weeks before the suggested postage date. the dress arrived well packaged and looks stunning. the material used is really good quality and is the same as the dress that you would look at in the bridal shops. i tried on many dresses in shops to find what style suited me, and then looked online for a company that were making the dresses for less. this website is basically cutting out the middle man - the bridal shops! by ordering directly from the manufactures. i paid £177.00 for the dress and £79.00 for DHL postage. which you can pay through paypal for a secure payment. Communication from the company throughout the whole purchase and process was constant and very helpful. the dress is stunning and needs a few alterations but hey who doesnt - due to my height! : ) 5'2. i would def use this website again.
