Very good service online but need to get a better phone line service to speak to a person is much better than a machine.

Do not waste you money in this company. I ordered a backdrop 2 months ago. It stated on the website that it is a grade B item. In which grade B items are fully functioning products with few chips abs straches. However it arrived to me as a grade D!! Doesnt connect I cut and damaged my hand trying to connect the pieces together didnt work ny husband tried with his full strength and one side did not connect. The product has already arrived to me with faulty boxes as it was left in the rain thrown at my garden by fedex. So I had to boxes left. Once they finally got back to me they wanted me to return the goods in it original condition meaning me buying two big boxes to return the items. I disagreed and didnt wanted to pay any more money which would have costed me £30 or more just to return the items back to them. After telling them to make a collection of the items they did not listen to my problems. I just wasted £107 on the backdrop plus the delivery I payed for it to be shipped to me. So please please be carefull buying backdrops from then. You money will be wasted no dought. My worst ever purchase

They sent an email to say my item was on the way. Yet no follow up email to say what date, time my item was being delivered. FedEx calls me to say they attempted delivery but no one was home. And that Wedding Mart asked them to return the item back to them. Once they finally responded to my email, I was told that they can re send my item but for an extra £20 for delivery. I told them I wanted a full refund. Weeks later I received a partial refund, staying they had deducted £25 for delivery and VAT. 8 weeks later I received a full refund after contacting Trading Standards. Absolutely disgusting.

My experience with wedding mart has been mixed. I was pleased with their prompt response when I accidentally ordered 2 of the same product and they cancelled the second order when I explained straight away.

However the product I did recieve isn't very good quality - I arrived with chipped paint and rusted joints in some areas.

The items I received were very poor quality but, as I the wedding I needed them for was too close, I was unable to return them for a replacement in time and had no choice but to use them. After the wedding I rang customer services on 2 August to ask what to do, as I wanted to return the items for a refund but had used them so wasn't sure what my rights were. I left a voicemail but received no reply. Today, 10 August, I have still received no reply and tried to ring again. Still no reply. Terrible customer service.

Horrendous customer service. Ordered and paid for 30 grass panels and only 28 were delivered. Sent them back due to poor quality and informed them I had received 2 less panels. Only refunded for 28 and they deducted £25 delivery costs meaning I have lost £100. They do not answer the phone or return calls when VM left and do not respond to emails! DO NOT ORDER.

Very fast delivery although I thought standard delivery charge was a bit pricey.
