GamBear online gaming platform brings a heavyweight attitude to digital play while keeping every important control close at hand. Its identity suits players who prefer confident navigation, clear information, and entertainment that can shift from relaxed spins to far more intense action. The layout stays direct, helping users move between games, offers, and account tools without losing their place. The game catalogue balances several kinds of momentum. High-RTP video slots support players who compare theoretical return figures, while high-volatility releases offer wider swings and less predictable outcomes. Crash games turn timing into the centre of each round. Progressive jackpots add long-range prize potential, with wilds, scatters, multipliers, free spins, and bonus buy features creating different routes through the collection. Eligible new players can begin with a welcome package that may combine deposit bonus value and free spins. Before activation, the relevant terms explain wagering requirements, rollover rules, eligible games, contribution rates, and promotional deadlines. Reading this information first makes it easier to understand how bonus funds work and when resulting winnings can qualify for withdrawal. The cashier gathers supported deposit methods and withdrawal methods in one practical area. Verification procedures and security measures help protect account activity, while transaction records provide a useful view of completed and pending payments. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, payout processing follows the checks attached to the selected option and the player’s verified account status. GamBear adapts smoothly to smartphones and tablets, so game categories, promotion details, and payment controls remain available beyond desktop screens. Choose a high-RTP title for measured play, enter a volatile slot for sharper movement, or test your timing in a crash round. DO NOT use this company. They are awful! They didn’t pick up the call when we were asked to call 30 mins prior, they took almost an hour to return my car. Not only this, they use our cars to give to others. Our car came back filthy!
Be warned, they took £95 for three days parking at Gatwick, when I returned they had given my keys to someone else (driving what I presume was a clients new Merc S500) then demanded a further £90 in cash and took my parking ticket. When I got to the car park gate the operator had no record of them and told me there were scammers operating, she kindly let me off paying another £90 to get out of the park. When I contacted the company they said they contracted the service out to another company and so it was nothing to do with them. I am not the first person this has happened to, be warned and pay the car park fee rather than these crooks.
Absolutely CRIMINAL!!!! Please AVOID at all cost!
I left my car at Gatwick with this tremendously awful company. Turns out they were using my car (potentially for criminal activity). Got back after 11 days and found two Ulez tickets of a distance over 100 miles from airport (different locations and different days). I called to complain and a an absolutely ridiculous guy (called himself Faz Khan) threatened me that he will come to me after I had told him I will use the law to go after them. I have since reported them to the police and under investigation. I will pursue every possible channel to get justice and hold someone accountable. For your own SAFETY and sanity please KEEP away from this company!!
Worst experience of a car return I’ve ever had!
Waited 2hrs for the car, called them 30+ times and on the occasions I got through they were rude & not answering where my car was, and twice put the phone down on me.
Finally car arrived, and the driver scarpered before I could realise he had punctured my tyre and turned off the warning system - will take them to court
I booked Gatwick for 8 days with the low cost. Then looked at the reviews and wish I hadn't. But it was pretty much perfect - set up via Sure Parking, drop off was painless and immediate and I waited 3 mins for the return of the car when I arrived back having phoned once my luggage arrived. Recommended.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY
Worst meet and greet I have used and I have used a few which were great so I know when I have been treated badly.
Customer service awful, the representatives that come to collect and drop your car can barely get a word out from their mouth, very short and rude. On both occasions asking for money then expected fro example Gatwick airport charge is £5 was being asked for £7.50 on return instead of the £15 late charge was being asked for £20. They are trying to make extra money from people, of course I didn’t fall for their tricks. I did not feel comfortable to leave my car with them but had no choice would lose my flight and holiday.
My car returned damaged!!
I had a small accident during which I had got the bumper, I had put strong heavy duty tape to hold it together. When my car was returned the tape had been cut of in places and part of the front bumper was hanging on the ground, touching/scraping to the ground causing more damage. When asked why it was tampered with the reason was “it was raining the rain caused it” absolute lies bcs I have it like this for a few mths and the rain did not cut the tape off.
He asked me to contact the office so far not been able to contact them, and it’s been three days. No one answers the phone.
Pay a bit more and book a more reputable company. Never again will I use them.
Warning ❗️
Pleas don’t use!!!!!
Horrible service,no answer to the phone!
No response to emails.
And very rude
SO POOR. DO NOT BOOK.
PARK CAR IN DODGY CAR PARK AND LEAVE YOU PREGNANT WIFE AND 2 YR OLD AT AIRPORT LATE AT NIGHT TO WAIT FOR A CAR TO TAKE TO CAR AND THEN DRIVE BACK IN AGAIN.
How this parking works. I paid £70 weds morning - Friday afternoon so I’ll firstly state… it’s not cheap.
You drop your car about 3/4 miles away from the airport in a parking lot. You then wait (10 mins) for a private car to come along to pick you up and drop you at Gatwick (another 8ish minutes journey). You could have other people in your car and if there is traffic- you’re screwed. Not ideal if you’re in a rush. Bit of a scam as they make you think you drop your car at orange car park level 4. You don’t.
On arrival it’s a bit of a s hit show. You call them when you land and they tell you half an hour your car will be at orange car park level 4. Whether or not your car comes in half hour is up to them and how busy they are and traffic etc. I had no luggage and passport control was empty so I was at the car park within 15 minutes- waited for 40 mins.
I personally would never use this service again. I didn’t have a horror story that a lot of these reviews explain (I can see how all of them would happen- it isn’t the best service) but it certainly wasn’t quicker or easier. Think I would rather use the service where you park next to the airport and get the shuttle bus every 10 mins and takes about 5 to get there. Much easier. And cheaper.
We arrived home from a 5hr flight to then be left waiting for 3hrs in a freezing cold car park with two babies in the middle of the night.
We tried to call when we landed at 1.30am, as per their email instructions but couldn't get through. We left voicemails and emailed but got no response. It took an hour to eventually get through at which point they just barked "orange car park level 4" before hanging up on me.
Two hours later we were still waiting, freezing cold and still unable to get through on the phone to find out where our car was. I made 47 calls to them and only got through once. I had to feed the baby in the car park at 2am in the morning with no where to sit and we didn't get our car until 4.45am!!
There was a crowd of other people also waiting for their cars from the same company, some had been waiting 4hrs and some even had their cars returned damaged!
Their excuse was that they only had one driver, but they knew our flight information at the time of booking so there was no excuse for not having enough drivers to return our cars.
This is a horrifically managed company who appear to be operating under several different names - Safe Parking, Smart Parking, We Deal Airport Parking, Park at Gatwick, Ezybook etc.
Avoid at all costs!!
Awful. We called as soon as at baggage claim got told up to a 45 minute wait!!!!! Never had this with meet and greet with any other company at other airports they’re meant to be there waiting for you. We booked as thought it would be easier with 2 young children but was left in the car park for over an hour at 1 am. Don’t bother book long stay, same price and get to your car quicker!!!! To top it off I left £5 in the car for the return home to pay for the car park and it was taken
Never sent any confirmation and could not get hold of them. I had to rebook car park as I still received nothing a few hours before leaving home. Luckily I paid through my credit card so they will refund money and investigate. AVOID AVOID
Absolutely horrific customer service. Awful service all round. Waited two hours for our car to be returned. Avoid at all costs. Two cars that have been returned to their owners in front of us have both been damaged and not valeted as they’ve been charged for.
If I could give it no stars I would. Waited 45 minutes for our car and the man on the phone spoke to me horrendously. When I questioned why it took so long we may as well chose long stay he said “ madam you wouldn’t be able to afford long stay that’s why u chose this “ it was actually more expensive than long stay and we chose it because we thought it would be quicker with our 3 young children. When I told him this he said oh my god you lot are absolutely ridiculous and then hung up. Not to mention our car that had been valeted before we left came back looking like 20 birds had shat on it. avoid at all costs
Absolute shockingly bad company. Wish I'd looked at the reviews before I booked. Silver parking at Bristol was full and I'd had a nightmare the year before with another local supplier so thought a "meet and greet" would be perfect. Dropped off okay and was told the car pound was "10 miles" away. Rang them as soon as we landed and was told 45 mins but maybe a slight delay as they were short of drivers. There was one of their lot at the drop off point but he kept mumbling there was a police check at their location. Turns out there were 5 or 6 drivers that weren't legal to drive the cars - how professional! We waited 3 hours in the end, and the car was filthy when it came back. According to an Airport car park manager they were well known for leaving customer cars by the side of the A38 - not in a secure location of any sort. You'd be better off parking in a nearby location and getting a taxi in - anything but use these clowns. Having to stand for 3 hours when you're disabled was not the best way to finish a holiday!
Useless, rang 30 mins before... Waited 30 mins rang back again and not sent out a car... Over 45 mins to get my car back.. not work £85 rip off.
This is not a meet and greet service. Very unprofessional & rude service. Would highly recommend not using and using a more reliable company.
We were told when ringing 40/45 minutes before arriving at Bristol, so that we could be met by the driver, to come to Short Term parking, row 5. We drew up but nobody was there, so we called them. The guy at the end of the phone was talking so fast it was hard to hear him and he very quickly became aggressive and shouting, telling us that we couldn't be where we were because he couldn't see us. After a good deal of exasperation we realised that we were at the wrong end of row 5 (it was longer than we realised and didn't know we had to go to the far end), but the driver had given up and driven off (only after a few minutes).
We then had to wait for nearly an hour for the driver to come back to us, and got close to missing our plane. We found the man rude, aggressive and particularly so with me - when my husband spoke to him he was more reasonable.
In the end it was fine and we made the flight, but I was very nervous about what state the car would be in on return. It was fine, but the driver had left a load of uneaten food and rubbish in our car, which was completely inappropriate. We will not be using this service again!
They cancelled my booking by email 12 hours before my flight. I contacted them to request a substitute provider. They refused to help. I subsequently paid twice the cost as a result of having to make such a late substitute booking. On return from my holiday I cancelled a second booking made with them for later in the year. They charged me a £20 cancellation fee. Strange that they charge for my cancellation and refuse to pay out for theirs.
If you try to phone them, they don’t answer and fail to respond to emails.
Absolute joke of a company. They deserve a negative star rating. Appalling!
I believed when booking with We Deal that I would receive a refund on cancellation as the booking confirmation explicitly stated that the fee paid included cancellation cover. Due to circumstances beyond our control, our Easyjet flight from Bristol was cancelled a few hours before departure and we had to transfer to a flight from Birmingham and hence did not require our booked parking at Bristol. I sent an email to advise this at once and request a refund for the unused parking. I am now told by the company that no refunds are issued for cancellations within 48 hours of departure so what about the stated "cancellation cover - YES" ? - I regard that as sharp and misleading practice and would recommend not using this outfit when booking parking
