Beelivery have now made it very difficult for drivers to get in touch with them should they have any queries.

I haven’t done any of their deliveries for a little while but I accepted a delivery for them on Saturday. Previously all payments would arrive by 5pm the next day and their website still suggests this is the case. However, in reality this isn’t the case. Apparently now drivers have to allow Beelivery access to their bank account (including Beelivery being able to see the driver’s bank balances) before they will pay you. If I had known this before I would not have carried out the delivery on behalf of Beelivery. I am trying to get in touch with them to query this further.

Their phone number now just places you on hold for a period of time and then a pre-recorded message tells you they are closed. They do not help on Facebook Messenger and their live chat just points you to different parts of their website.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone uses Beelivery either as a driver or as a customer. They used to be reasonable to work with as a driver but seemingly not any more.

This was my first time using this service, and my experience was awful. The driver brought the wrong order and told him I didn’t want it, as it’s not what I ordered. He asked to look a my order not realising he was actually looking for the pin. Anyway he left with order and told me he would let them know I didn’t take the order. I’ve tried claiming my money back, and I’ve been told they will not refund me. My delivery person name was Thomas so watch out for him.

They guarantee to deliver within 90 minutes. Don't believe that! I've been waiting for almost 2 hours and they're still searching for a driver. I ordered a product necessary for my health issue, so I expected to get it in no more than 90 minutes as they promised.

Completely useless. Tried 3 times on different occasions to order. Constant messages saying looking for a (non existent) driver. Spoke to adviser who was sorry and insisted there are drivers but they did not respond to my order??? 4hrs into my order and still attempting to locate a driver !!

These people are crooks. Don’t ever ever use them please the must disgraceful people out there. Nothing else to say

Bad service. Order a drink, get message on the way , but after 20 minutes I receive a message sorry no drivers accepted this order. Sad and no respect for the customer

I have ordered several times (late night) and have always been happy.
The only complaint I have is that the current payment system does not have an option to tip the driver.
I, like many others, do not tend to have cash at home, and so I am completely unable to tip.

9/10 times the delivery is either cancelled or wrong.

Driver took cash from me on delivery and then promised I would have my card refunded as the email pin never came through. Then I was charged anyway and the driver claimed I hadn't paid him. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY ARE CROOKS

Zero review if I could give. I came out of hospital in 2020 and thought this was an excellent idea. Over £1000.00 later yes over a thousand pounds for non deliveries I feel let down. The idea is they take your order then try to get a delivery driver to go to get you your order. All I ever had was "waiting for driver" on my orders then "no driver available" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES" The bank have confirmed the money taken but they could only confirm £200 00 of that because a pin has to be given to the driver. Disgraceful treating disabled people like that. You should be ashamed!

Poor delivery, chilled products bought and delivered and room temperature. This had to go in the bin!

But opened the door to a child giving me my shopping which included two bottles of white wine!! Trading Standards need to know!!

I have used this company twice and amazing customer service and delivered right on allocated time.

Absolute rubbish. The company charges you double for the product you order plus they add on delivery charges and another vat charge. If the driver decides to substitute with a cheap product that you never ordered, you dont get refunded. A cheating scam company. Rather use Cooperative express delivery!!!!!

Great delivery in quickness etc BUT I have used twice.... and twice my credit card has had money taken off to companies I've never heard of!.... coincidence?....

Would have given a 0 star if the option was there.
Order accepted then waited 90 mins and 4 un answered phone calls to them to then recive a text to say they never had a driver.
Full charge showing on my account but sit on hold to customer services and no one picks up

The most pathetic service, ordered some goods two hours ago on the outskirts of Edinburgh! Nothing arrived! The most pathetic service I have EVER known! Don’t use

When you can get a driver it's not a bad service. When I first used it the service was good but now approx 50% of my orders have been cancelled as they can't get drivers
