The customer service is very bad, the order was still at the warehouse and they refused to alter the address. Saying that we ship your order quickly so we can't change but they shipped the order 3 days after I placed the order. The tracking information on the tracking page is also incorrect.

They are stating, that there is an error in their system, as to why my order hasn’t been sent or processed yet. I’ve been waiting for 29 business days so far.

Money was taken, ordered products never arrived yet. Incredibly bad client management. I made an order on the site as a guest. And this was my mistake. Because the order number was not saved, they charged me and there is nothing in the order history. And I don't know how to contact them. But judging by the reviews below, i can't expect money or goods. This will be my life lesson
Terrible
I ordered some clothes during the festive period however was taking a long time which I was fine with as it was a busy period. However after 1 month without receiving anything I have an email saying about a refund, 1 I did not receive my parcel to return and 2 they took of a return fee and did not refund my delivery fee as well. I rang customer services and the lady never apologised and said that it must have been lost in the warehouse and said if I wanted to get my items I would have to order again. While they did refund my whole purchase they never apologised or offered any solutions. I’ve never had this issue with any clothing brands surely if they saw my order wasn’t complete they would get a real person to look at this issue and solve it instead of an automated process. I’m really not the sort of person to complain but this is really irritating. I won’t order from here again due to all the hassle.

It really is a shame because I have been a customer now for almost 5 years now. No problem. But I recently bought a size 32/32, they fitted but I wanted a bit more room to size up and actually bought 2 sizes bigger than normal to size 34/32 & they were smaller than the 32/32? I raised this up and called customer service just now & the lady was so rude and I wanted to just flag maybe there was a bit of an error but she had a bit of a poor attitude and didn’t care at all - I was kinda trying to help that they have an error?? definitely returning & not so willing to buy again- what a big shame :/

Extremely poor customer service regarding a refund for a warranty claim.
The package was returned 2.5 months ago, as agreed with Weekday, but we still haven’t received a refund.
We’ve sent the receipt and several other documents six times, as they repeatedly send us an auto-generated email saying, ‘We’d love to help, please send us the receipt,’ and then keep deleting/forgetting our inquiry, and we receive nothing in return.
They were quick to help us in the beginning, but not when it comes to returning the money.
Now we are left with no coat and no money.

Weekday has stolen my money and they have not responded to my many emails, messages or chats. It’s been over a month and they continue to ignore me even tho I haven’t received the order and I have still paid for it. The customer service that Weekday provides is not compatible with today’s digital age. If you cannot keep up with the inquiries you get, you have to hire more people. It is a shame for the few customer service employees at weekday who gets angry inquiries because, you have more than a months answer time
Christmas ruined
I would actually give them no stars. Order placed 13 December they were Christmas presents. Cut off for Christmas delivery is 16 December so well in time. Tracking said they were dispatched to Inpost on 16 December. Inpost said they hadnt received goods. Had an echat today goods still in warehouse. Going to issue a refund. I said I don’t want a refund I want the goods but they can’t do that. Said I need order again or purchase in shop on 22 December 3 days before Christmas! I asked if they could ship next day and no they can’t do that. My nearest shop is 2 hrs away in London. Anyway long and short of it is they’ve sold out on website as well so I don’t for a moment believe goods are still in warehouse they just didn’t process my order. Absolute joke of a company and my son’s Christmas is now ruined. Avoid at all costs
RUBBISH QUALITY PRODUCTS
I am writing to show you the condition of the jeans I purchased in June, which deteriorated after only 3 months, and to request a refund. First of all, the jeans I purchased are too big for me, meaning they don't fit tightly as they are a loose-fit model. As you can see in the photos, the left front pocket tore when I only had my phone in the pocket, which I didn't think much of at the time. Then, a week later, the right back pocket tore at the stitching, almost like a worn-out fabric, and this left me in a very difficult situation outdoors. Additionally, the left back pocket has started to tear slowly at the same stitching. I request that you cover the damages and refund my money. My order number is 4234732, and the product in question is "SPACE RELAXED STRAIGHT LEG JEANS, swatch-Blue, Steel Blue - Medium Blue.
Rubbish company
Bought 2 items on Black Friday 25% and new customer discount 10% off so 35% in total. Had to return both as one didn’t suit me and another item I needed a size smaller. I return it and asked them if I could exchange it or if they could give me another discount code same amount so I wouldn’t loose the offer I had and they’re answer was no. Being an online clothing brand should give people the option to exchange or at least give me the same discount on a new order, buying clothes online not everything is going to fit you. Rubbish company and customer service
