belt replacement for a trench coat

I asked for a belt replacement for a trench coat I bought the previous day. They did not seem very willing to help online and when I called they admitted that this option wasn’t available at all. Very disappointing for a retail company.

Wouldn’t recommend

Not great, both times I’ve ordered from weekday directly the items take over a week to arrive regardless of what delivery option I picked. The tracking updates are never accurate.

ITEM ARRIVED FULL OF PET HAIR AND WHITE STAINS. My black scuba hoodie arrived today full of pet hair and white stains. DO NOT ORDER return fee of £4 too. Absolutely appalling as my son is allergic to pet hair and had to go to the GP on his birthday. Would give negative stars if possible

My order is somewhere in the ether…

My order is somewhere in the ether between being dispatched and arriving at my pickup point for over a week! I have emailed the customer service team but they are ‘busier than expected’ so it will take them ‘days’ to get back to me. They update my order tracking each day with the date and time but still no delivery. Bonkers way to run a business. I will also not take the advice of an influencers positive feedback. By the time I receive the item, (a summer top) it will be winter. That’s if I receive it at all. Appalling way to run a business. Please don’t waist your time and money buying from this company

Order at your own risk

HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY

HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY. my order never came even with express delivery. They always claim their delivery is late. Emailed and got no response. I had to go through my bank to receive a refund. Also their jean sizing is off. If you really like any of their jeans try checking Asos as they sometimes sell Weekday items.

Don't buy online from here

Don't buy online unelss you know for aure that the item will fit/suit you. They are very sneaky in adding a return fee of £4 (even though delivery was free) which isn't made clear in the returns info. I wouldn't shop here again

I bought something and it hasn’t come, it’s been a week and no update? I contacted the shipping company and no update, they told me to get in touch with weekday and they said get in touch with the shipping company. There’s no customer care and how can a parcel not have an update? So ridiculous?

I made an order on their site

I made an order on their site. Unfortunately there were anomalies in the address and name - my fault granted. I saw this straight away, 1 minute after making the order. I called them. I could confirm every single detail of the error I had made even informing them that my postcode was correct just the other details needed changing. The details for the street number, name and my name were SSSSSSSS SSSSSSS SSSSS...so you can work out something has gone awry. Two operatives told me that there is basically nothing they can. They actually said so the order will go out to the address you have input. They could not fathom that this would basically go to nowhere. They actually believed it was more efficient for it to go out, come back, go again, offer to refund me (commercially savvy, not) ...they said there is nothing the can. This is like not being able to add 1 and 1! The script reading was laughable, they could not think of one solution - like speaking to a robot!!!! To be updated.

Bought an item that I needed express delivered. Paid £9.90 for express delivery got an order confirmation and NEVER received the item. I sent an email requesting a refund and my disappointment - no response. I then received an email a week later to say it had been cancelled.

Slooow delivery

Super slow delivery! Basically a week your order sits before they actually ship it.

Returned jeans, very slow refund process. Very scarce amount of information about sizing is given.

Awful quality

Bought a basic long sleeved top which I have washed for the first time (30 degrees delicates) and the seems came undone and ended up tangling my entire wash up. The quality is awful. Primark would have been better!! I suspect they won’t issue a refund or replacement so it was a very expensive top for one wear!!

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service, dont by online at weekday. I ordered a present to my daughter with a delivery on 28/4 and on 1/5 no news had been given. At contact to the call center they have no answer to the delay and no timing on when delivery may be made.
