AVOID USING - NO DELIVERY

Item ordered with 4-7 days delivery for a gift card!
Still not turned up 10 days later, tracking doesn't work either, and when you call their customer service (you have to google the number) they don't know whats happening either but could be 3 weeks! AVOID using

Inaccurate tracking + slow delivery

Ultra slow delivery and inaccurate tracking.
I ordered a package on November 26th.
It is December 9th and my package is still not here and I don't know where it is because the tracking is not updating.
On December 1st, it said it was shipped and I was given a tracking number, however when I enter it, it says that the package isn't found.
Absolutely ridiculous and unreliable.

This one is so painful

So sad. They have such amazing and top quality clothing. But what lets it all down is their customer service and order times.
The customer service isn't the best and they always seem to be busy. I ordered a large hoodie and they gave me XL even though it has the L lable and I've worn them before.
The longest my order took to arrive was 3 weeks-1 month which is absolutely unacceptable and when I asked them what happened they said it was lost and gave me a refund. Waste of money and time. Such good clothing but their service is horrid

Extremely poor management of my order

Extremely poor management of my order. My discount code didn't apply during the checkout, so I ordered the same order again in hopes of being able to cancel the first order (which you can do on every decent clothing website!). Turns out they "can't cancel the order" even though it's highly doubtful it's even left the main stock facility yet. I was very quick on contacting them and they also say they charge 40 SEK (≈4EUR) PER item returned, which is an insane amount if you do a big order and the clothes don't fit. Would absolutely not recommend buying on their website and my view of this store has been completely changed since this experience.

nothing to do when you make a mistake

I typed in the wrong address and called customer service one minute later and they said it was impossible to change the delivery address or even to cancel my order. I think that is really bad service

Worst customer service - there for the company not for the customer

They are the worst customer service I ever had to deal with. You reach out on chats, they close chats. You call them, they end the call instantly or as soon as you ask too much.

They don’t even apologise for their behaviour, take no accountability and responsibility, continuously talked over me just to get their point across. They did nothing at all to actually help me, they are simply there to reinforce their policies.

Wrong proudct, wrong color, and wrong size

I've never seen anyone F*** up an order this BAD... They sent me the wrong product, in the wrong color, AND in the wrong size. And now they refuse to send me the correct product. I've ordered from them before, and the clothes are super itchy and super uncomfortable to wear. I wouldn't order from this brand ever again, and if you care about your money and the clothes you wear, neither should you.

Misleading “3 for 2” Offer & Zero Support

I recently placed an order on Weekday and tried to make use of their advertised “3 for 2” offer. Every time I added the third item to my cart, the entire cart was automatically emptied. No matter how often I tried, the system wouldn’t let me complete the offer.

I contacted customer service expecting a simple fix — adding the third item manually or sending it separately. Instead, I received no real help at all. The responses were generic, dismissive, and did not address the issue. In the end, Weekday made no effort to honor the offer they openly advertise.

It’s extremely frustrating to see a promotion that doesn’t work and then a customer service team that isn’t willing to resolve a very straightforward problem. Not the experience you expect from a brand like Weekday.

One of the worse experiences i’ve had

One of the worse experiences i’ve had. The item came late & when i want to return , i’ve been sent around H&M and their stores all to be told i have to return via post. Not even sure why H&M would hold their items in the first place as i tried to buy h&m jeans, not weekday. Stay away from this company unless you’re looking to lose money

Long delivery time

I ordered on the 8/10/25, it’s now the 16th and still no order. I keep getting emails to say they’ve got a sale on but without trying on their items in my order I have no idea what fits me so cannot reorder if I wanted. Seriously, they need to sort themselves out!!

Poor product quality and no customer support response

I purchased a pair of black pants from WEEKDAY, but after a single wear, the colour faded and turned orange on the surface. I contacted their customer service with photos, but received no response.

While I had hoped for a simple resolution, the lack of communication is disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off purchasing from WEEKDAY again. Based on this, I would question the quality and reliability of their products.

Why is it I haven’t received my order after more than 2 weeks. Extremely bad customer service and it’s literally fast fashion anyways. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you actually want to wear what your buying at any point in time.

I made a call as EVRI did nt collect a…

I made a call as EVRI didn't collect a return as they said they could not find my house which is strange. spent two days but could only talk to a BOT at EVRI and situation remained unresolved.
The customer service handler at WEEKDAY issued a new return label and organised for me to drop the parcel off at an In post locker instead. She was fast, clear communication and very polite.

Unexpectedly bad online customer service

I have contacted the customer services online from France regarding a follow up on my order that had been placed a few days ago with no update after order confirmation had been sent.
The response I got, both from the customer service on call and the online personal chat was unexpectedly very bad.
It gives a strongly bad impression to the team behind.
I would kindly suggest the company to get a closer look into the experience they are providing to their customers.

Never ordering from here again

I’ve learnt my lesson and I will not be ordering from Weekday again. You order a parcel and they update you for the first week and then completely ghost you. Every other store has delivery of max four days. I opted for pickup and didn’t even receive my parcel. I tried to email their customer service to no response. I tried to live chat with them and it doesn’t even go through. Terrible customer service. Sloppy brand. Don’t order from here.

Missing order

I ordered on 16th September and it’s now 24th September and I still have no idea when or if my order will be delivered. My two attempts at getting answers from their customer service chat has proved fruitless, having been initially told to wait until 24th, I’m now told 26th after which if it still hasn’t arrived then they will instigate a missing parcel/refund process and who knows how long that will take. Ultimately, I wish I had read the reviews and not ordered from this company, I would avoid!

I was worried after reading the reviews…

I was worried after reading the reviews but I took a chance. I made an order the evening of the 11th Sept and just received the delivery a week later.
Tracking number seemed to be incorrect but by the time I realised that to track I received a DPD notification. Overall a better experience than these reviews state.
