WEEX has been a solid platform overall. Good coin selection, smooth UI, and customer support that used to be responsive. I’ve been using this exchange for almost a year without issues.
However, recently my entire spot balance was transferred into futures without my authorization and immediately liquidated. I was not at home, had 2FA enabled, no copy trading, no unified margin, and 0 funds in futures before this incident. There were also no new login alerts or suspicious access records.
Support claimed the transfers and losses were caused by GTC orders placed from my PC, which is impossible since futures had zero balance and I was not present. The funds moved in a repeated “ping-pong” pattern between spot and futures, indicating a system or risk-engine issue, not user action.
I filed for compensation with full details, but received an automated rejection without proper investigation or reconciliation logs. This experience seriously raises concerns about asset safety and backend risk controls on WEEX.
I hope the team addresses this transparently, because until this incident, my experience was positive.

People keep asking if WEEX has run away. It’s been operating since 2018 with solid security and risk control. There’s no exit scam here.

An awful waste of time, efforts and resources. Nothing works. The only thing that works actually here is making deposits and nothing else. I made some very good financial investments here but without sound judgement because I should have listened to advice from hbpf holdings about weex. I learned a little too late but gratefully I was able to salvage most of the losses and got 90% successfully returned to me when I finally paid attention to experts from hbpf holdings. It was a final twist that turned in my favor. Weex is a scam and deceptive platform that you should avoid by all means

If you have withdrawal issues, first check whether KYC and Google Authenticator are enabled. These are basic security requirements.

I started working for promoting youtube content with a company that was supposed to be associated with Kelloggs foundation or so (later they told they're associated with Warner bros as well. They said they also promote crypto currencies and those merchant tasks were through weexexwebs.com. They open customer accounts at this site. I was told on several occasions that I committed mistakes, such as buying wrong crypto, wrong time window, forgetting transaction passwords and asked me to pay money for all these. I did that since my balance was growing and reached $196000. Then I withdrew my money, but it never reached my crypto wallet. I reached out to customer service and they said I need to deposit more money for anti money laundering. I believed them and paid the money. Then the balance crossed $200000. Then they said I need to pay tax of over $56000. I did that too. Then they asked me to pay a compliance deposit, citing my manager helped me with her money and she paid directly from her account, not through mine (Now I don't believe manager paid that though). After all these payments they still asked me to complete the withdrawal orders. I deposited around $35000 for the first withdrawal order and $22400 for the second order. They still wanted me to pay for a third order for an amount of $85860. We exhausted all our money (including my 401 K money, and credit card borrowings), and therefore, we didn't have any money left for paying this. I requested them to pay me back at least part of my deposits, so that I can pay back my debts, and this withdrawal. But, finance department, customer service, my manager, and my instructor were not at all helpful. They insisted on paying this money to get our hard earned money back. Now, they're saying they're going to erase my account and take my money from that. I think we don't have any other choice than to report this. My family is in a very distress situation. I tried to end my life once, but my wife saved me from that attempt. These things happened in October and November of 2025. The total balance shown on my account was about $436000, but this includes their commission and video liking salaries. My deposits are about $360000.

Some people worry about withdrawals during market swings. From what I’ve seen, WEEX has remained stable even when other platforms slowed down.

Worst trading app. Full of lies and misleading promises. Fees are very high and not transparent.
The app clearly promised a fee rebate bonus after reaching a certain trading volume. I traded more than 100,000 USD volume, but I never received even one cent as a rebate.
Customer support is useless and keeps ignoring the issue. They advertise rewards to attract users, but when it’s time to pay, nothing happens.
Very disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.

Don't fall for WEEX scam everyone as many people were the same victims as me.
On 30th Oct 2025 they cleared all my wallet balance and transactions history and ask me for proof of deposits. I have every evidence on blockchains and their email acknowledged of deposit confirmations which they did not accept. They asked me to contact their CS ( they also replied me same from this Trustpilot review) then they never get back to me. BEWARE OF THEM, They are scammers. I have all proofs if anyone want to expose them.

Holy scammers, I can’t close my trade. And now I need to make a picture of my ID before I can close it. WTFFF

On December 17, 2025, my account (UID: 3382779282) was frozen immediately after profitable futures trading, citing "abnormal transactions."

I fully complied with an extreme "enhanced" KYC process: providing video verification, handheld ID photos, proof of address (rental agreement & bill), bank statements, and device/IP information. Despite full cooperation, my appeal was rejected on December 19, 2025.

WEEX stated my funds are locked due to AML policies and that I can only contact them again after June 20, 2025—a 6-month freeze without a valid, specific explanation. This violates their own "Abnormal Transactions Monitoring" policy.

Evidence & Pattern:
This is not an isolated case. I have filed a formal complaint with the U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and the Central Bank of El Salvador. Identical experiences are documented by many users on this Trustpilot page.

Potential users should be aware that profitable trading may trigger an account freeze, followed by impossible verification demands, leading to indefinite fund confiscation. Withdraw your funds immediately if you can.

In their promotions it clearly states Deposit 100 USDT and get 50 USDT. I deposited the 100 USDT but they had buried in the fine print must trade $10,000 dollars before you can get the 50 USDT. I raised it with their customer service and even asked to to speak to a manager and they refused. They are miss leading people and their marketing of their promotions is blatantly false. Stay far away from them I have reach out to them via lots of methods and they have refused to give me the 50 USDT they clearly state they will give you.

I went to bed with money in my account and woke up to find it gone. Overnight, they claimed my funds were restricted due to an internal review and then almost everything vanished. Even my account was wiped clean, like it never existed. I've lived long enough to know this wasn't a mistake. CENTURY and 100 keeps things low key but reliable. Months in, the consistency and smooth payment processing haven't changed.

Weex is a scam! Do not join. I opened an account with $100 ETH and recieved an email confirming this, but no balance is in the account. Several emails to customer sevice and they replied by email that they sent me an answer about this via email. thats all I recieved, nothing in spam either. 3 times. Also they take weeks to answer. WTF?

Stay away from Weex, i will keep warning people on here about them until this company refund all the money that was stolen, i was so lucky i got my lost money back through some help, read my last review about Weex and see my experience about them, how they frooze account worth thousands saying they suspect some suspicious activity, please do not deposit on here, save yourself, be warned.

Horrible exchange they will lock your funds for no reason.

They have wrong priceas and $67 token chart and I am loosing money when it made 60% of profit everywhere.

Okay that's my finał warning.

I made 100$ profit a week ago. It showed up after a week of blocking my account by support that I have to send them 173$ because there where errors in prices for couple of minutes. Otherwise they will block all deposit amount+winnings.

Today they told me to wait another 3 days because i a told them od amount can be deducted from current balance.

My balance is already 245$ when it was 360$ in a peak and keeps going down because of .h blocked assets that day. Also they have wrong #67 token prices what complicates everything.

Total scam in my opinion.

Dont deposit your money there cause they love to take them from you.

Same thing happened to me 500 dollars are gone showing my funds frozen due to suspicious activity and now showing 6 cents in my weex account and trading history is erased..its a scam don't invest red flag

They refused me a chance to get my money withdrawn. Had to seek help from the company on my display picture. You should seek help from them, if you need help. Thank me later.
