I submitted all kyc documents ...video call proof everything on last Friday and today is Tuesday but still it is showing "operation restricted" on withdrawals...what is the issue ..do you want to cheat people like this ....why you are not letting us withdraw our funds....👿👿👿👿👿👿

Innovative exchange, huge number of pairs, great liquidity, and unbeatable for futures. A very good platform.

Onboarded to this terrible platform after seeing ads for their futures trading. I was able to make a small profit of $200 on my initial deposit but they locked down my account after completing KYC and removed my winning trades. Do not trust this website. They will ask you to do KYC again which is far more strict than what is required by any government agency's AML requirements.

I want to update my review about WEEX.
This exchange blocked my account after I completed KYC and then removed 606 USDT from my balance. They keep saying “abnormal trading”, but they do not show any proof or any real explanation. They only send the same template messages again and again.

I traded only with my own money. I had no bonuses, no promo rewards, nothing. I deposited 167 USDT, traded normally, and grew it to about 773 USDT. After their “risk control”, they took 606 USDT and left me only 167.

I asked them many times to show any evidence of “abnormal trading”, but they refuse. They say they “cannot disclose details”. This looks like an excuse to not pay profit.

Right now this exchange looks unsafe. People should be careful. I am still waiting for real answers from WEEX.

This website operates as crypto exchange, however its fraudulent and a scam, they pay multiple influencers on social media and YouTube to lure people into their platform, once funds are deposited, they will freeze users account and demand personal information. I have stored all the email they send me try to extort my personal information. I started warning people on every single YouTube video promoting their fraudulent website , as a result, they offered to refund my money in exchange for me to stop my social media campaign, basically buying my silence to reduce their risk. A quick check on trust pilot will show you the large amount of victims ( growing by the day). This side this to be brought down to protect the public. I am trying to unite all scammed users to also report their case. This is a serious criminal enterprise that needs to be stopped. I am creating a list of every YouTube video promoting them and will report them as well.

I have all the emails received from them, including the ones where I am offered to remove the negative social medial post in exchange for refunding back my funds, and profits, together with the those where they were extorting my personal information :Dear user,

• Take a photo at the entrance of the residential community or in front of the street house number, and provide photos of the inside and outside of the door (including the house number) to verify the authenticity of the location in the KYC video.

2.4 Proof of Funds - Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Investigation

• Provide the following documents proving the source of funds:

• On-chain deposit and withdrawal records

• Fiat currency purchase and sale records

• If you use a third-party platform or bank card, please provide proof of funds flow in the past month

I have been trying for weeks to access the support team concerning my account. I tried to transfer my funds to Coinbase account. They froze my account and aren't allowing me to transfer anything. This has to be a scam. I've read so many bad reviews, that I beginning to wonder whether or not I will ever be able to recover my funds. The support team sucks, and I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone.

They reset my all money 1300$ do not trade or invest in this company at all if you make any profits they will reset your money after making profit they send me notice that i get black card warning and they simply removed all money hard earn profits

I received a couple of bonuses. The first one was a coupon, which was a bit tricky to use, but overall the bonus experience was great no complaints since it’s basically free money. Also, big thanks to the support team for their quick and helpful response

Disgusting customer support was supposed rewards fof putting money in my accounts then for trading etc.
They didn't pay me any ( also many in our group had the same experience).
Sent emails and set ip over 10 queries which they ignored every one . They are a scam exchange

I deposited money into my WEEX account, and everything was fine until I tried to withdraw. Suddenly, my account was frozen without any reason. They asked for unnecessary documents and even after submitting everything (ID front & back, video, location, etc.), they never unlocked my account.

I had $110 in my account, but they took it and only showed $46 remaining — this is pure fraud. Their support team gives copy-paste replies and never solves the issue.
Please be careful! WEEX is a scam platform — they steal users’ money by freezing accounts and pretending it’s risk control.

I will be filing a complaint against them and reporting their domain for fraud.

The platform extorts funds from newly registered users, but does not give out promised airdrops. The WEEX risk control system marked my account as not eligible? I'm just a normal user, I've completed the KYC process, and I haven't committed any violations or broken any rules. I'm newly registered and haven't had an account on WEEX before. When I contacted customer support, they refused to explain, citing internal policy. So, it's impossible to figure out what I did wrong ( nothing by the way).

Dont trust this company. Biggest bunch of con artists and bullshitters.

Pros: Have multiple ongoing events, did not face any issues to receive rewards.
Can deposit withdraw and trade without KYC.
Fees are less comparing to my previous experience with other platforms.
VIP requirements are more feasible.
Fast app interface.
Cons: Does not have convert function currently. It would be great to have an option to convert small assets.

I got couple bonuses. First was coupon which seemed tricky. But overall bonus experience was alright, cant complain since its free money basically.

WEEX is a complete Scam exchange, DO NOT go anywhere near this exchange. They will drive you crazy to get out of paying any bonus. Customer service is possibly the worst I have ever come across. With all the other exchanges out there these days, just DON'T! WEEX is by far the worst!

Tried contacting them AGAIN after the reply below... did not even get a reply. 6 weeks, every excuse under the sun. over 50 emails back & forth telling me everything from "its on the way" "its already been sent" "we are looking into it" blah blah... & in the end.. ghosted. They will not even reply... say no more..

I had a very negative experience with WEEX’s copy trading feature. The platform’s performance data for traders is misleading — it shows “perfect” win rates without disclosing real risk factors like drawdown or capital exposure. This lack of transparency influenced my decision to invest. I copy a trader with 107 wins 0 losses, and I lost all my money in a day, and for my surprise the trader still shown imaculate win record..

After explaining my case in detail, WEEX acknowledged the issue and offered me a 2000 USDT futures bonus as compensation. I accepted the offer, but after nearly a month of silence and unanswered messages, they went back on their word and refused to honor it.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable someone that claims to be a high quality exchange. It shows poor communication, lack of accountability, and no respect for users’ time. I’ve completely lost trust in WEEX and will no longer use or recommend it.

I reached out to WEEX as they asked me to, but honestly, it was exactly what I expected — empty promises and no real action.
They keep sending generic, copy-paste replies that completely ignore what I actually said, and after a while, they just stopped replying altogether.

It’s been three weeks without any update or accountability for what they promised earlier.
This whole experience shows a lack of respect and professionalism toward their users.

If you care about serious and trustworthy service, don’t waste your time with WEEX.

Stay away. This is a scam exchange. I signed up with a referal code from Ivan on Tech for a bonus. They did not give me that bonus because their "automatic risk detection system" said that I opened multiple accounts. But this is a false information. I talked to an agent at WEEX but he said that he could not do anything about it. Their "automatic risk detection system" is the law. They have good bonuses and advertise with them. Be aware: you will not get this bonus. They can always rely on their mysterious "automatic risk detection system" to filter you out. This is just SCAM.

One of the Worst of all times

Weex only cares about your money, they dont care about you as a customer. If you think about every using this exchange NEVER do this. Their website has so many crucial issues. I got liquidated in the cross margin mode due to an error where i could not set a stop loss. I reached out to the support and they just closed the support chat. After that i reached out to an influencer who advertised this exchanged. He spoke to the weex team and they sent a google forms. I filled out the google forms, explained my issue and even sent them a evidence video how this crucial issue happened. They just denied it. No refund. No apology. Not even a thank you that I made them draw attention to this bug.

I had position open with 10x leverage, made 15% profit and closed the position, I ended up with only half the margin I used and literally lost half of my money, contacted customer support and they said I got liquidated like what? They literally stole my money and after submitting proof, they closed the customer support hahaha Such a joke, rip my money, never touch this site!
