This company needs to be brought to…

This company needs to be brought to justice. Someone deliberately charges people for services through the Three Network. These "services" appear out of nowhere on your phone bill as an added "subscription". We have threatened our phone carrier with legal action, and only then were they able to refund us. I warn everyone to stay away from this fraudulent company. I have notified many agencies in the UK. Hopefully, soon there will be some sort of justice for thousands of innocents.

Diabolical company

Diabolical company, allows third party users to subscribe to paid services with out your knowledge, hoping you don't look at your bank account to see them charging extra, nine months later £200 down.

And no one will bother to help you, not even the communications ombudsman. People can Rob you blind in the UK these days, without any consequences or refunds. Joke

On January 28

On January 28, 2026, I contacted Nationalwide Bank in Winchester to resolve a dispute regarding an unlawful, inflated amount debited from my account by Vodofon (my tariff is £23.63, but within five months they filed a claim for £41 or £46). In my opinion, Vodofon has devised a fraudulent scheme to forcibly collect money from its customers through third-party subsidiaries and their websites, such as Weezchat, and then distribute this money among them. My case is no exception, and according to Trustpilot, there are many similar examples. Unfortunately, the bank's security team does not monitor such cases, and the bank does not protect the rights of its customers, which inevitably raises suspicions of corporate collusion between the bank and Vodofon. I have not received a positive resolution, but my bank continues to refer me to Vodofon for further investigation, and Vodofon continues to refer me back to my bank or suggest that I take my case elsewhere. What's the point of keeping office employees who can't solve problems on the spot, when it's difficult to resolve the same issue over the phone? Now I'm faced with a dilemma: should I change my bank or Vodofon, since the inflated rate is still in effect?

3 three broadband

Such a scam website. My three broadband did not protect me from such scam website. After months of high bills I had to call three broadband and was informed about third party which is weezchat who are charging me since April 18£ monthly when I never heard neither knew what website it was all about.

I had to call Weezchat regarding the issue which they simply replied the one who has access to my broadband has subscribed which I deny. They refused to refund.

I don’t trust three broadband either because there should have been protection for customers from such third party charges scam. After researching I have come to know all users who had three broadband were scammed by the weezchat monthly charges which is concluded three is involved with weezchat to scam people and charge without notice.

Charged £9.00 before i noticed. They deserve minus stars! I dont even poses a smart phone - just internet. They have found a way to bill me via Three Network without me subscribing and activating the service in question. Only SMS i got was that i would be charged if i dont text cancel. This i discovered when i logged into the Three router to check something. A disgrace..

Illegal charges

This company is somehow able to pass on charges to your broadband bill, without your express consent.
I discovered an unexplained charge of £9 per month on my broadband bill with Three.
I knew nothing about Weezchat, and never saw any request to sign up.
Apparently, that company is able to charge people if they inadvertently click on a pop-up advertisement.
The charge is automatically added to your monthly broadband bill.
No checking, no email, no SMS, no approval via bank app.
Three is obviously complicit in this.
It is a blatant disregard of consumer rights and protection, and needs to be reported to the Ombudsman.
After numerous emails and calls, I was told I will be refunded the £27 that were taken from me via direct debit. And I heard I was not the only person complaining about such practices.
Will update when I actually receive the refund.
But compensation for aggravation and wasted time is what is needed.
