Ordering and delivery were great. Product ( shakes) seem much thinner and not as tasty as previous shakes I've purchased. They seem to have changed recipe.

Strawberry shake
I would advise anyone using these products for the first time to get a small quantity and of the different flavours. I bought the strawberry And a large quantity and the flavour is good but has an after taste like a sweeter which I am not enjoying much but will have to get used to it!
My sis bought a smaller batch of assorted flavour and some taste much nicer.

We agree completely, our current offer on strawberry shakes (as good an offer as it is!) is still a lot of shakes and really meant for customers topping up a previous order or for those who LOVE strawberry already. For those looking to just try an assorted mix of shakes we'd recommend the Pay Weekly Flexi plan.
As for the flavour, we're constantly looking to improve our products so this feedback is invaluable. Just yesterday in fact we taste tested some new formulations of shakes that were very promising. We'll keep you informed. Thanks again.

Diet Great. Delivery leaves a lot to be desired!
The eating plan is fabulous, and if you follow it you will lose weight. I lost a stone in the first three weeks. I signed up for the three month plan. The second delivery came after I had run out of my sachets, therefore I had three days where I had to wing it. Very disappointed at the lack of continuity.

I have not actually began the meals that were part of my dietary plan but when I spoke to the lady on the phone the choice was incredible, she asked what I didn't like so that none was put in my order hence nothing wasted...when I got the order I laid it out one day at a time for when I begin

Low calorie but sloppy
I joined WTH having used another solar company. I found the food to be very 'sloppy' and tasteless. The shakes were ok but the meals and soups either lacked flavour or had a strange flavour. The support given was good but the food needs improvement.

Suprisingly lovely tasting meals
I have been pleasantly surprised by the food I received in my surgery box. Great tasting food and good portions too, I have been adding a steam veg pack to my evening meal. So easy to prepare and organise with a busy life and 2 small children I don't need to think about my diet. Would recommend to anyone my mum and husband have asked me to order them some x

Excellent service and tasty treats
I Think the service which was given was excellent,I emailed the company as I had a question about my order and they got back to me within the hour with an answer which was very helpful. The order came within 2 days and I ordered the variety of shakes,all the flavours tasted really nice particularly the chocolate! I will be recommending to friends and I myself will use the site again in the future!

So far so good
I have previously done a shake diet, which was hard work. I am only on day three so early days, all I can say is so far so good. I am doing the 12 week plan, the shakes are lovely. So fingers crossed...... I will be 1.5 stone lighter by October for my trip to Mexico 😜

I've been a fan of weight to go for a while now but it's about time I give them a review .
The service is second to none , I have messed my order up a few times now , wrong delivery address and not amending my order on time .
Each time I sent them an email nothing was too much trouble , my order was re delivered without hesitation.
Love the food esp the cookies , just waiting on toffee shakes.
Oh and I forgot the best bit , overall they have helped me loose well over a stone!

Works a treat, the shakes and soups don't leave you hungry. Lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks. The full price is pretty steep but a great deal when discounted through groupon which is what we bought.
